Vintage Photo Lab Anmeldelser

Very pleased. They took 9 very old photo albums, all over 50 years, one or two around 100 years and digitized them very well. I now have digital copies to share with family.

Price was reasonable, and service was excellent.

Very quick on reply to emails. Scans done efficiently and to expectations

Rare excellent service - the way it used to be decades ago. Exceptional communication, care and service. Excellent quality images created by scanning my slides from the 1960s and 70s. Will definitely use them again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. End of!

It’s very rare these days that any business thinks of their customers first.
Swift responses to initial enquiries (even out of normal business hours).
Proactive hand-holding throughout the whole experience. Makes it all very easy.
And they delivered on what they promised to do - which is also rare these days.
I throughly recommend them and will use them again.
Great job Cathy, Tom and the team.

Communication was great. Every step of the way very informative and helpful. The service was perfect and I got all my photos back. The delivery service they use was perfect.

Fantastic service with personal advice and guidance as needed.
Highly recommend Vintage Photo Lab for digitising old photos, slides and negatives.
Speedy, secure and great results!

Vintage Photo Lab provided an excellent service
Communication was fantastic and so reassuring with the way your photos are collected with an Apple ID tag etc and everything confirmed via e-mail.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. This was a job I have wanted to do for ages (but never had the time!) and Vintage Lab took away all the stress for me. Its really great to now have my photos saved digitally.

Really great service from this little company. This is the second time we have used them to help us digitise a vast number of old family photos dating back several generations. The results are great and the whole process is extremely well organised. Highly recommended!

Fantastic company, so very helpful organising all everything - quick turnaround and very responsive communication. Quality of the scans were great, very happy

A great service. Very well organized with secure pick up and return of my photos. Good guidance given over the phone on the options available. Perfect scans provided in an easy to use format

Great service from Vintage Photo Lab from start to finish.
Great communication understood our requirements and checked through.
The documents for scanning were fragile and precious to us and they were treated with care and due diligence.
Thank you so much for preserving our family memories

Excellent service. Great communication and a great product. Very easy transaction and we're thrilled with the results. 1000 + photos from our albums scanned onto computer files and originals returned.

This is the second time I have used this service. Excellent high quality digital images from a family collection of old photographs, slides and negatives. Faultless and uncomplicated service from start to finish.

Cathy is great, so very helpful and easy to communicate with. The photos are very professionally done. One star short of briliiant because it was very expensive - but all my scanning must have taken a long time.

Excellent communication and system of getting photos. Great service at a fair price.
Highly recommend

Great service, very friendly and responsive, can’t fault it - top notch.

Really good service, came back to me quickly when answering questions, and great quality.

An excellent service from start to finish. The courier collection service was very efficient. Clear instructions and very good communications with Vintage Photo lab all the way through. The photos are excellent quality and were all scanned and returned in the order they were sent in. I cannot praise this company enough.

Excellent service from the beginning. I did some research about who to entrust over a century of family pictures to and Vintage photo's got lots of positive reviews. My inital conversation with Cathy was really informative and I was really impressed with the speed she replied to my queries. The whole process was so easy.I knew my photos were securely tracked. I would not hesitate to use them again. There is a real personal touch with this company and the service is excellent
