Poor Customer Service
Received a rotary dryer from contractor when we built our house. There were parts missing been trying since April to get these parts. Originally when I tried they sent the wrong parts, then was told in May parts were unavailable, until end of May beginning June. Still no sign I have emailed several times with no response. I am very happy to pay for parts, if I could only get them to answer a call or email. Which I explained at the beginning. Very poor customer service

Does German design and quality even exist anymore? I purchased the Vileda Sun-Rise rotary drier which is not cheap and is positioned as a premium product.
The product is heavily promoted online, and although very innovative and visually appealing, it is let down by poor quality and design.
I'm becoming increasingly fed up of paying for premium products which aren't up to standard then wasting my time trying to fix the issue myself. There's also the hassle of undoing installation and returns!
There is play (movement) within the socket insert which translates to a wobbly drier, this is made even worse by additional play in the aluminium pole where only one screw secures them together.
Additionally, the cord mechanism for opening is very stiff - I'm a strong guy and struggle to pull it open without lifting it out the socket.
Who designed and tested this product? Most likely outsourced to China. Companies really need to get their act together as consumers are now wise and don't forget so easily.

Vileda.uk aka The Laundry Company - never buy online from them
WE ordered an airer which was delivered 1 day late. However it had a defect which I expect in time will render one part of the unit unuseable. On contacting the company they offered a small refund and insisted they don't accept returns even if the item is defective. They also don't offer the 3 year Vileda guarantee but only one years guarantee. Not easy to deal with but in the end we accepted the refund (still waiting) and will just never buy from this company again. I strongly advise avoiding this company. The UK online distributor on their website is called The Laundry Company. If you must buy their product do it in a retail shop where you can take it back to and NOT FROM THE VILEDA WEBSITE AKA THE LAUNDRY COMPANY

I bought a vileda mop about 6 months ago. It wasnt cheap. Yesterday when using it, it fell apart, cheaply made but not cheaply priced! I wont buy another even tho i have another pack of mop heads!

Purchased a Turbo Mop, just over one year later (+ 2 weeks) it stopped spinning properly.
Do some internet research as to why.

Worst company Ever !! I bought a Vileda clothes airer on Monday 13th June 2022 , they say on their website it's next day delivery if you order by 2 pm (i ordered at 9am ) ,after 3 days i don't know anything about my order , i called them today , they said is out of stock , but they were quick taking my money . I did ask for my refund , hopefully will arrive . I will never buy from this company ever again .
Awful Company
Sent back a washing line as the pins were missing to hold the lines in place, it essentially collapsed without these pins, was told there is no fault with product and I have to pay £45 postage! They now refuse to answer any emails. Awful DO NOT USE.
Very poor design
I expect the product designer for the retractable clothes line thinks they’re very clever creating a product which fails after a few uses and is designed to be impossible to dismantle and repair! I don’t think that’s clever design at all - another big lump of plastic to landfill and another dissatisfied customer!

I bought a vileda spray mop which I was very happy with initially but after using it once or twice for 6 months stopped working. It wasn't blocked by limescale the mechanism.simply stopped working. Customer care was informed and gave me instructions on how to remove limescale and basically told me if I hadn't taken out a warranty with the store I bought it there was nothing they could do.
Who takes out warranty on an item during a trip to a superstore for such an item. It isn't expensive but it isn't cheap either, this is poor customer care they are saying spend £ 22 -30 pounds on our product and if it breaks tough luck !!!

I ordered a 1-2 Spray mop from this website on 18th June and it didn't arrived yet. On 24th I sent an email, they told me that I should have the mop by 25th or latest on 28th June, and yesterday( 29th June) I called and they said the mop it's out of stock!

Vileda customer care is rubbish
Vileda customer care is rubbish. 5 days since I paid for a steam mop and I’ve had no reply’s to my emails asking when I can expect it to be sent out, I’ve heard nothing at all. They are quick to take my money . I don’t want the steam mop off them now I want a refund. They are one of the worst company’s I’ve ever tried to buy from, never again will I buy any of there products.
Not impressed
I bought a Vileda Magic Mop Flat as I was unable to wash the floor on my hands and knees due to a knee injury. I was extremely disappointed the wringing mechanism is stiff and does not fully wring the mop and the floor did not look any cleaner after using the mop. I will not be buying again !
