Excellent from first contact, the works carried out in a clean, organised and professional manner. They all work as a team and hold both themselves and each other to very high standards just as I like, not many are allowed to fettle my pride and joy F-Type but this team is in my circle of trust now, perfect.

Dealing with Andy at Viezu, was a pleasure, so helpful, I wanted an upgraded exhaust system, cat back, for a 2012 Jaguar XK to a quad exit as per the XKR model, and also wanted a bit more of the Jaguar Growl, Milltek Stainless Steel Sports exhaust was recommended as a straight replacement, designed specifically for this. Had it shipped to Australia via DHL, with no problems taking about 6 days. Viezu did all the correct paperwork and shipping details. The look and noise over the standard twin pipes is a great upgrade. I could not be any happier. Thanks a lot, much appreciated.

So. My second visit to the real 'Magic Kingdom' ! The entire team at Viezu have the varied skill sets to make your visit 'memorable'. I simply struggle to comprehend the car I purchased from my very favorite Marque , Jaguar, that is so so different to the car I drive DAILY today.

My F Pace SVR has been transformed. My stance is that if you invite people to offer you advice on how your prize asset can provide more exhalation, bigger grins and make a noisy statement to all petrol heads you meet, then the 5 Litre, V8 Supercharged AWD is the car you need to take to Viezu HEADQUARTERS, in Bidford.

To get there I travel 140 miles each way. If i had to walk there I would! You are given a 5 star customer service. Nothing happens until YOU are HAPPY. The office team ( their interpersonal skills are off the scale) are so engaging and seamlessly hand you over to the technicians.

Today I met up with Matt. Specializes in exhausts , noise and anything else that may make you smile. To fit 200 cell sport cats is not a quick in and out. It takes time. It takes precision and everything needs to be spot on. Matt completed the perfect job. He invited me into the workshop and pushed the ignition button. Oh dear!! No real way of placing the car in Dynamic (S) Mode. So so outrages! The changes that the team at Viezu have made to my car ( remap/sports cats/upper pulley/K an N air filters ) have put me in a VERY HAPPY PLACE.

As I said my goodbyes I knew I was about to have the best ride home ever. Same looking car of course ; decided to keep the car in 'Comfort' mode. Hit the accelerator the noise is so awesome. ( If you had your windows open when I did an 'easy' overtake I am sorry!! As I came into more congestion I switched to 'Dynamic Sports' Mode. Verging on embarrassment ( seriously) , The car looks the part and NOW SOUNDS THE PART. All this would not have been possible without the ENTIRE team at Viezu HQ.

It wont be too long until I am asked from my close family what I would like for Christmas. So easy this year: Arrange for me to go to Bidford, reacquaint myself with front of house friends and the technicians
and then meet all of those ( profile/ bespoke/re-mappers; the background team and Senior Management) who ENSURE A REMARKABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

I AM IN NO WAY CONNECTED TO VIEZU ON ANY SPONSORSHIP OR BACKHANDERS.

Dear Viezu Team,

What can I say? I bought my F-Type 5.0 AWD 75 in January this year and instantly fell in love with her, becoming a Jaguar brand fan. Having been lucky enough to own a few German two-door sports cars, including a GT car, I was completely blown away by what the Jaguar delivers. It put a bigger smile on my face than any other vehicle I’ve had in the same class.

However, I believe that you can't have enough handling and power, so I began the search for upgrades. After speaking with a few companies and doing the mandatory internet search, I settled on Viezu. From the first contact through to specific discussions, including a call with the MD, the service-centric attitude was great.

Booked in for four days, I opted for the Predator kit, 200-cell new exhaust system, half set of performance bushes, upgraded brake discs and pads, wheel spacers, a remote for the convertible hood, and an oil service. We kind of threw the kitchen sink at her. We dynoed her standard at an incredible 596 bhp. To tell you the truth, I was a bit disappointed because I thought if we got 640 after the upgrade, it was only a 40-odd increase. Watching the dyno was great fun and quite a show. I hadn’t ordered the wheel spacers, but after quizzing Andy, the engineer, he advised going for spacers. The difference they make aesthetically and handling-wise is incredible. The car now looks like it should—much more purposeful and muscular.

The Results: 677 bhp. Numbers don’t really do justice to the Predator package. Away from a roundabout, traffic light, or pulling out to overtake, the torque is instantly available. The standard car is responsive, especially when compared to its German turbocharged alternatives which have to be wound up to pull away from stationary. But the new setup is nearly EV-like with character and control. Stab the throttle in anger and it’s smile city. It’s supercar quick; the velocity this thing now gathers in a short period is motorcycle quick. I notice the increase of speed even in the speed of the digital speedo changing numbers. Having taken the car on a Supercars day in Portugal earlier in the year, it held its own against the exotica. I’m looking forward to a four-day event through Spain in September where I now know the Cat's gonna get the cream and many prancing horse owners will be trying to figure out what’s going on.

Just have to say wow, what a great improvement on my car, I am very happy with the work done. And thank you all for been such lovely hosts, your hospitality and service was excellent.

What can I say , I've written this review many times and deleted It because no review could do Viezu any justice they are quite simply Incredible and I don't say that lightly I've had my F-Type back for a week and I still can't stop smiling ,Ellie was awesome and excellent at her job (Simon take note ha ha) but honestly I met Simon the owner and found him to be very nice and If he had to he would get Into the garage and work alongside the fantastic specialist mechanics I'm sorry guys I forget your names, on the day of pick up they were all there to meet me with smiles of sheer satisfaction and no wonder I don't know who was happiest me or them when they told me the figures , I went Into the workshop and my car was all strapped down for a run they couldn't wait to show her off and OMG what a job It's no wonder they call It the Predator upgrade but there's no way of this F-Type sneaking up on anything the roar Is mesmerising and oh so so addictive everywhere I've been people have been asking for pictures and videos of It running This Is the last time I'm deleting my review because I promised Ellie and Simon I'd get the message out there so to wrap It up thank you Ellie and all the team at Viezu keep up with the first class work and service and to all Jaguar owners If you can save or afford the Predator upgrade I say don't think twice DO IT you won't regret It I know they do other makes but I'm a Jaguar fanatic so It was a no brainer to go to Viezu watch their Youtube posts but honestly just get it done you won't regret It. I had my F type remapped recently and received great customer service from Ellie. They completed the remapping with out any concern for me and I am pleased with the out come.

Spent a day at Viezu having performance components fitted to the F-Type, plus pre and post dyno/tuning. The communication prior to visit, hospitality on the day and professional, friendly attitude of all the staff were first class. It's clear they care about the service they provide and want customers to drive away with a smile. Hugely recommended if you want people with knowledge and enthusiasm to transform your car. Top marks all round.

Just had the XJ mapped at Viezu. Wow... Firstly can I say, what a professional outfit Viezu are. From booking the appointment to completion the team there were brilliant. Really welcoming and customer focused. They ran through everything with me including original dyno, updates on re-map progress and the final dyno. All took no more than a few hours. As for the re-map, what a difference in performance and efficiency. I was lucky to have a 2 hour drive home where I could give it a good test. Much more direct and responsive. I'll definitely be using Viezu for my F Pace upgrades. Highly recommended.

Highly Highly recommended!! We originally had our 2 vehicles booked in with a mobile remap guy, he let us down on the morning of the appointment. We called these guys who fit us in and carried out the work to an excellent standard. Very professional, friendly service, will recommend to everyone who requires a remap of their cars.

Great customer service from the team at Viezu. Had the blend remap option and results are as good as expected. Engineer Andy explained process at every step, including possible options and giving his own personal insight, through to completion. Though a lengthy process, the customer space is marvellous and I managed to work in comfort using the Wi-Fi provided. I would definitely go back again if the need arises.

This is my second car engine tuning by Viezu.
Staff are very knowledgeable and very efficient.
And my car now gives me an even bigger smile on my face!!

Visited today to have a KN air filter and wheel spacers fitted. It only took two hours which I was very happy with. And what a smooth drive home I had. The car drove like a dream. I love the look that the wheels now has next to the bodywork. It definitely feels like there is more grip around corners. Andy, the Tech told me to get the torque on the wheels checked after 500 miles just to make sure everythings still ok.
Well worth every penny - again!! Thanks Elle and the team.

A big shout out to the team at Viezu.Sharon has been amazing from start to finish. A true professional that knows the products inside out. She went over and beyond to get a Milltek exhaust fitted as a surprise after the initial re mapping. A real asset to the company along with Andy and Matt. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is fully explained and updated during the process.

Sharon, James and the technician who I met after completion of the work, were fantastic and made me feel very welcome. I cannot recommend Viezu Tuning and their products highly enough. Overall a fantastic experience.

Second visit in as many weeks. These guys are gold! 1st visit for a performance remap, which has proved to be awesome, it has totally transformed the car. 2nd visit for a sports exhaust today which has given the car the soundtrack to match the performance. The whole experience with the Viezu team is terrific, you really get looked after. Everything is explained and you are fully involved in the whole process. Passion and enthusiasm really show through. Enthusiasts catering for enthusiasts.

After not being happy with a tune from elsewhere these guys have knocked it out of the park ! And crazy fast after Paul noticed I was struggling with a tune issue.

2 hours later we now have a 600+HP supercharged monster , it's literally insane 😂

Went for bottom pulley, map and dyno, dealt with Ella very polite and well looked after including lunch🙂, all staff were also polite,work was carried out to a professional standard,would recommend Viezu to my friends.

I live near St Louis MO USA and this was my first parts order from England. The staff was extremely helpful and affiable and made this process easy. I bought an exhaust and V Drive tuner for a Jag XKR 5 L. Very fast delivery by DHL in just a couple of days. Installation and setup could not have been easier. The staff at Viezu sent me a file the next day after I emailed my ecu file to them. In the meantime I installed the Milltek exhaust without issue. The file loaded on the first try and the results are amazing. I will take it to the track and post a video of the stock and modified results. I will be buying additional partrs from Viezu. First rate experience for me, 5000 mile away even.
