We've been a Viewber client for several…
We've been a Viewber client for several years, and they've become a real part of how we look after applicants. As a lettings and property management firm, there are always viewings our own team can't personally cover — early mornings, evenings, busy weekends, vacant properties — and Viewber's local agents give us the reach to make sure nobody who wants to see a home is ever turned away. That reliability matters in our market.
Most recently we integrated directly with Viewber's API so we can dispatch and manage viewings automatically, and the experience was genuinely excellent. Special mention to Nathan Lord, who went above and beyond throughout — clear, responsive, and committed to getting us live. He chased answers from the technical team, explained everything plainly, and turned things around quickly. It's rare to feel that looked-after by a supplier.
A professional service backed by people who clearly care. Highly recommended.

An Invaluable Part of Our Property Business
We have used Viewber extensively for property viewings across the UK and can honestly say they have become an invaluable part of our business.
The service is consistently professional, reliable and easy to use. Whether we need a viewing at short notice or detailed feedback from a property further away, the team always go above and beyond to help.
The quality of the reports, photos, videos and feedback is excellent, allowing us to make informed decisions even when we cannot attend in person. Communication is always prompt, and every member of the team we have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and genuinely supportive.
A special mention has to go to Lorna, who attended a viewing on our behalf today. We were truly impressed by the level of service she provided. She was professional, thorough, proactive and clearly understood exactly what was required. The feedback, photos and videos she provided were outstanding and gave us a real insight into the property. Very low income - over supply low demand
If you are looking for decent income its a definite no go. Lots of areas saturated with Viewber members. Its in Viewbers interest to have literally hundreds of people covering certain overlapping areas. They advertise rigorously on various websites to the point getting work becomes non-existent. It doesnt matter to Viewber if there are a million members in one area, for them the more the better, they will always have people competing for a viewing. Verdict - over saturated and over supply compared to demand.

Signed up as a Viewber member fully aware they don’t guarantee work. However, had I known the assignments were allocated depending on who is fastest on the trigger, as opposed to a “round robin” allocation so everyone gets a slice of the pie, I wouldn’t have wasted my time going through the onboarding process. I accepted jobs on WhatsApp on 2nd and 5th June and literally seconds later they had gone!
Luckily I’m not that desperate so binned it off!

Uninformed agent provided active misinformation to prospective buyers without prior research or site visits. Demonstrated a total lack of professionalism by sitting on polished oak worktops during the viewing.

The appointment in question was arranged through a third-party agent and not directly with Viewber. Our Quality Assurance team has been in contact with them and has carried out a thorough investigation. We’d like to provide some context around the booking process. The appointment was made on 28/01/2026 for 02/02/2026, and invitations were issued immediately to Viewber Members within the standard coverage area. When no availability was confirmed initially, our team took additional steps to try to fulfil the request, including offering increased mileage and continuing to engage with members who later shared alternative dates and times.
These alternative options were passed on to you on the day of the appointment. At that point, you contacted us to request cancellation and a refund.
While availability can vary depending on location and notice period, we do aim to explore all reasonable options and keep clients informed throughout. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the service.

Awful!
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience has been awful. I needed someone to collect keys, keep hold of them for a week and then hand over to a new tenant. There was no option for keeping keys for a week so I paid extra for a collection of keys and then again a 3 day key holding service. I needed the same Viewber for both. I had 2 cancel on me and a 3rd who said they can’t collect keys but will hand keys to a the new tenant. Made no sense at all. I tried calling Viewber but it’s automatic voicemail. Awful service. Received a refund and will go elsewhere

Firstly, please accept our apologies that we were unable to assist you on this occasion.
Viewber provides thousands of services for landlords on a monthly basis. We offer a range of key management options, including key safes, temporary key holding (for up to three days), longer-term key holding, and KeyNest. We strongly recommend using a key safe or KeyNest for key management, as we cannot guarantee key holder availability.
Our understanding is that your concerns were fully investigated and the service fee was fully refunded.
Our Operations team processes thousands of appointments each day and may not always be available to take phone calls. However, we do offer a live chat feature via our dashboard and website, as well as dedicated email addresses, which allow you to contact our Operations team directly.
Once again, please accept our apologies that we were unable to help on this occasion.

Quick and professional
