VidCruiter is heaven sent! Handling recruitment for a large multi-site company of over 400 employees, VidCruiter takes a huge weight off of my shoulders by optimizing the interview process. Our rep, Emmanuel is amazing! He and his team always jump on any issues or questions that I have. He is always so easily available. The tech team is also amazing with their customer service towards our applicants.

All of the members are an absolute joy to work with. Each very friendly and professional. Minimal systematics limitations with the platform, and is typically very user friendly on a daily basis. Finally, customers/candidates enjoy the experience, and we get positive feedback often on it being user friendly for them, as well as the appreciated amount of communication that is provided on their application / status (most set up as auto communication).

VidCruiter is a very user friendly tool with a lot of customizable fields which allow us to create a tailored experience for our candidate pool based on the type of role they are interviewing for. The customer service not only to us as their client but to our candidates is excellent. Their techs are knowledgeable and quick to respond with either a solution or an escalation as needed. VidCruiter makes the hiring process so much easier for both the recruiter and hiring managers. It really allows you to be intentional about your screening process while allowing you the flexibility to review videos when works best for you. The platform is exceptionally easy to navigate and the support team is almost instantly responsive to questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to streamline but add a huge value to the interview process.

For the last 2 years, Vidcruiter has been a good useful system for a recruitment process. I would still recommend the system and the excellent support it provides. However, there has been instances in recent months where the support could have been better.
