Viva vida (Especially Andreya)
Fantastic item I received but due to my OWN error I received the wrong colour bag. I contacted Viva Vida and they fixed the problem almost immediately.
I would highly recommend this company.

Avoid this company. Poor quality products and even worse customer service.
I ordered a nice leather keyring with Memorable photos attached.
Within the first week it had completely fallen apart. I emailed to let them know and ask if a new one could be sent out, I also attached a photo, I had an email almost immediately asking some questions. 4 emails and a month later and I have been ghosted with no response.

Got my mum a wash bag for this Mother’s Day and it’s perfect. The quality is so much better than I imagined and the personalisation looks amazing. I can’t wait to give it to her. I’ll definitely be buying from Vida Vida again.

Absolutely thrilled to bits with our purchase, ordering was really straightforward and came really quickly. The personalisation of the product is lovely and the leather is of good quality. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered what looked like a lovely soft leather bag.
Opened the package, it felt like cardboard and the smell was like nothing I have smelt before. It was awful and not as described or anything like the picture. The bag was returned immediately.
I have now sent numerous emails. Their responses are minimal with no apology. No clue as to whether they will refund me. I have rang and left messages and no one has responded.

Ich habe gerade 80 € bezahlt für einen Plan den ich nicht bekommen habe, dafür gab es einen negativen Schufa Eintrag. Keinerlei Stellungnahme des Unternehmens, wenn man nicht aufpasst hat man in 0 Komma nix ein Abo abgeschlossen. Leistung für den Preis ist ungenügend, nie wieder!! Keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Stellungnahme erhalten

I bought three personalised gifts which arrived quickly without issue. The leather washbag and makeup bag were perfect. The wallet had a slight defect so I emailed with photos and received a prompt response with an apology and a full refund. Can’t fault that level of customer service.
I also love their CSR policy of donating school bags to students in Cambodia.
Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

The mini satchels are absolutely gorgeous, everything about them, including the canvas carry bag, beautiful quality, plus the company ethos info is wonderful to read. Absolutely fabulous items and would easily have spent a lot more for the superb quality.
Can’t wait to give them as gifts, bought four  - for a mum and her three daughters so perfect for all ages!!

Bought a leather bag from them, arrived with wrong colour (ok I lived with it) and didn't even last a year before the studs fell off and it came with a tear in the leather that was tiny so didn't notice at first. Also the finishing really isn't very neat and tidy. Overall just another sad fast fashion brand charging stupid prices claiming to be quality but is sorely lacking. I asked them what type of leather they use and they were kinda rude/cagey about it, which should have been my first red flag.

Umständlich zu handhaben, wenig "user-friendly", mir persönlich zu sehr in Stein gemeißelt. Unübersichtlich. Kein Tagebuch oder Möglichkeit Notizen pro Tag zu hinterlassen oder abzuhaken, was der Motivation förderlich wäre.
Ich persönlich kann keine spontanen Mahlzeiten (Ausgehen, Geburtstage, Feiertage etc.) unterbringen bzw. mit wenig Zeitaufwand tauschen. Einfach nur anstrengend.
Mein Fehler, denn ich habe die AGB nicht richtig gelesen, Kündigung erst zum Ablauf meiner Laufzeit (12 Monate) möglich.
Über das Umschiffen von deutschen Verbraucherrechten lasse ich mich hier nicht mal nicht aus.
Schade, ich war zu schnell überzeugt, konnte aber auch nicht genau erkennen, wie das Programm abläuft.
Lehrgeld bezahlt.
Vielleicht probiere ich es nochmals, habe ja noch 11 Monate Zeit :-D

Je recommande vivement ! J'ai acheté un sac camera, solide, bien fait, la taille parfaite. Envoyé vite, reçu en France sans aucun souci. Trop bien ! +++++

By far my favourite bag! My husband gifted me this bag for my birthday, even had it engraved and it’s absolutely stunning. I purchased another bag which lasted a few weeks as I keep going back to this one..it goes with everything and has lots of different compartments to carry all my stuff in: also seems much bigger inside than it looks. Love it and would buy another one if I needed it although I feel this bag will last for life! Gorgeous present.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company!

I had an awful experience with this company and would strongly advise against ordering anything from them. They sent me a faulty item, and despite trying to contact them multiple times via phone and email, I received no response whatsoever.

Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable – it’s like they don’t exist once they’ve taken your money. Avoid this company at all costs, I regret ever ordering from them.

The bag is beautifully made - love it. The packaging was personalised with a thank you note. Overall I rate this business highly.
