I had an order delivered with photo provided, left in my front garden, got home from work no parcel, contacted retailer again to be emailed back I have to take it up with DPD, sorry but my contract is with retailer not the carrier, I won't purchase anything again from this retailer.

SCAMMER!!!!
Advise anyone shopping here to be careful!! Ordered two polo shirts online and one only turned up, contacted them to discuss problem and was told it’s not there problem its down to DPD, said they had proof of delivery in a big parcel bag however when asked to see the image had no response. Having CCTV myself and video doorbell can clearly see it’s a small parcel. Currently in dispute but please use payment that covers you if this situation happens!!!! Absolute SCAM of a company!

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with the level of service provided. The investigation was opened and fell within our favour for the claim. When sending a parcel we use either an express pack1 which is a tshirt sized parcel or an express pack 5. Which is usually for jackets or more than 1 item. The image taken from the driver was a larger parcel bag (express pack 5) which reflects our choice to decline the following claim. Sorry for the inconvenience and we hope this doesn’t hinder future business.
Wasted my time !
Purchased t-shirt,2 day after it should of been dispatched got a refund, no apologies or email explaining item had gone out of stock. Now I’m gonna have to head to shops to find a Burberry t-shirt to wear tonight .
