Delivery company lied regarding attempted delivery and Very are very unhelpful, I was transferred twice as they were unable to assist with my problem and each time I have to confirm my details each time. Use better Delivery companies for your products toehrwise you'll lose customers fast

Customer service is atrocious, complaints do not get handled, parcel been awaiting collection for an incorrect delivery and they arrange drivers who refuse to take it then won't deal with my complaint. Absolute rubbish company in-house structure. Ive never ever had to call a company over 68x in 2months to try and have their own error corrected and their parcel taken back. Disgusting the way customers are treated.

Very took a payment of £1199 for an iPhone they didn't have in stock and couldn't supply in a timely manner (4 weeks). They then told me it would take 10 days to process a refund and lied about the delay being with my card issuer. On top of that their complaints team were not willing to talk to me for another 24 hours. I believe they perpetrated 2 count of fraud in this case. I will be reporting it to the financial ombudsman man.

Not usually one to write reviews but it has annoyed me. Ordered some knee length high heel boots just in time for my birthday to go with the rest of my outfit, when they arrived I opened it to find flat leather looking Dolly shoes… genuinely how do you get it that wrong🤷‍♀️ had to send the item back and now I’m unsure whether the right item will be sent out to me on time. I also want to mention that Customer Support is terrible and you can not get through to a real person especially on the chat bot.
