Delivery was delayed but was kept updated every step of the way.

Not usually one to write reviews but it has annoyed me. Ordered some knee length high heel boots just in time for my birthday to go with the rest of my outfit, when they arrived I opened it to find flat leather looking Dolly shoes… genuinely how do you get it that wrong🤷‍♀️ had to send the item back and now I’m unsure whether the right item will be sent out to me on time. I also want to mention that Customer Support is terrible and you can not get through to a real person especially on the chat bot.

I ordered boots and they sent me a children's camera. I didn't get all the products.

The items were easy to search for and order.
The selection was good.
The items were delivered quickly and i was kept updated on were the delivery was.
Delivered on time with polite delivery driver.

Someone used my personal details to open an account. They supposed to cancel the account and close it but I'm still receiving messages etc.

Was easy, came way within time and my ordered items were lovely.

Terrible customer service!
After placing a single order of 5 items, rather than send everything together, they were sent with 3 different couriers all at different times. As a result, I ended up with 26 emails and 18 text messages related to the initial order and couldnt decipher what was coming or when because it was made too complicated.
2 items arrived damaged and 1 of the bedside tables had a manufacturing defect that needed to be returned/replaced.
Customer services were useless. Rather than send a replacement for the faulty item, they expected me to organise the return, take another day off work for the pick-up, wait 14 days to get my money back, then re-order the item for which I would then have to pay another delivery charge as well as take a 3rd day off work for delivery ........all for a faulty item they provided.
According to customer services, they dont even have an exchange process. They expect the customer to sort it out at their own cost. I will not be using this company ever again.

Have used Littlewoods for many years. This recent item was delivered to the wrong address and they investigated it! But todays review is to commend the lady I talked to who sorted it out in 5 minutes-took off my account the undelivered item and re-ordered it for me. Excellent customer service today. But in general over the years Littlewoods have been great. Easy to order, quick delivery (usually)!

Your phone lines are terrible you put some details then it goes off then stop start all the way through in the end it puts you through to a opperater its very annoying

The advisor I spoke to this morning was very helpful understanding and very apologetic for the issues

Customer support is awful! Despite the stated availability of live chat until 8PM on weekdays, I have been unable to reach a representative, as the system remains entirely automated. Furthermore, my enquiries sent via Instagram have gone unanswered, despite recent activity on your Instagram.

Update: I emailed: veryukcustomerserviceteamcs gmail .com, is this legit because someone called Mark was asking for details along with sending a form through google docs (this asked for my bank details!)

On a serious note, what sort of service are you running? Both live chat and free phone are automated.
