I ordered and paid for four boxes of gloves on the 11th August. As of today 5th September they haven't arrived. E mails go un- answered and phone calls are farcical. The customer service rep can't answer my questions and says the warehouse staff can't take calls. She also couldn't look up my order. Beware and stay clear of this company.

Disappointing Experience with Sterling Medical Supplies ‼️
I placed my order on August 1st and have yet to receive a single item. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but their responses have been frustratingly inadequate. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as it seems I’m not alone in facing issues with undelivered items after payment.
I’m now considering filing a formal complaint, as the necessary form was requested but never provided. As a well-known health and medical supply company, I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I’ve also contacted my bank to protect myself against potential scammers like Sterling Medical Supplies.
I do not recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered an item on 01/08/25, order ref #3060, but to date have not received my order.
Rang customer services twice today, 19/08/25, to be told they would need to speak with the warehouse team and they would ring me back.
I have had no contact from anyone.
The second customer services member of staff told me the item looked like it had been dispatched but wasn’t sure.

Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with. Ordered a foot pedal for a medical treatment couch. Website stated the original estimated delivery date was listed as 29–30 July, after many emails back and forth item was delivered on 8th aug. I requested their complaint procedure, but they have not provided this.
Very disappointing service especially in the medical sector.

Brilliant engraving on my Littmann stethscope!
I treated myself to a new Littmann Classic III and added engraving — so glad I did! The stethscope is obviously great quality, but what really impressed me was how clean the engraving looked. Makes it feel personal. Sterling shipped it fast and the packing was solid. Would defo use again 😊

Hard to find stock but Sterling delivered
We were struggling to get 1000ml Sodium Chloride irrigation bottles in bulk. Sterling had plenty in stock, price was fair, and they arrived with no issues. All bottles were sealed, no leaks. Simple and smooth!

Daisygrip tourniqet = small change, big diff
Didn't think a tourniqet could make much difference but Daisygrip is actually brilliant. Reusable, soft, and just feels better for patients. Everyone in the team prefers it now. Sterling had it in stock and it arrived fast. Will order again soon.

Introcan IVs arrived right on time
Ordered 22G Introcan Safety 3 IV catheters and needed them quick. Sterling came through, arrived next morning and everything looked spot on. Boxes were fresh and intact. Def using them again for supplies.

Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional company. I ordered some filer syringes and they never turned up, no response to emails at all, when I finally got through on the phone the chap on the other end who sounded like he was disinterested said they would send the order out 8 weeks after the original order date. Funnily enough this hasn’t turned up and no response to a request for a refund??? They have literally stolen my money!! Will take this to the trading standards to try and stop this happening to more people. Order #2532

Bought the Welch Allyn GS600 minor procedure light and honestly it's excellent. Bright, stable, easy to wheel around. Sterling handled the order properly, even gave us a quick ring after it shipped to check in. Very professional.

Awful. Customer service non existent. Never received my order. Waited to supposed delivery date and nothing received, so I call, they said they would call me back, they never did! So I emailed and they just said logistical issues. Jokes. Avoid this company. I now have a client and no tubes, despite placing order weeks ago. Not a good experience at all.
