Driver returning my car was both rude and aggressive. Couldn't examine my car safely. I politely requested that the driver "lower his tone" when shouting at me for a signature. I asked he calmly, allow me to contact Veetek regards my vehicle as wasn't good and had been scratched too, again he was an aggressive bully.

The guys & girls especially Helen at Whistable were exceptional there was a mixup between head office & Kent branch but was sorted out quickly Thankyou again for sorting the courtesy car it is a lifesaver

I had a great experience with Veetec Motor Group after my car needed repairs following an incident. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and very professional.

They arranged the collection of my car and later delivered it back once the repairs were completed which made everything much easier for me.

The communication throughout was excellent the reception team were always polite and helpful and they kept me informed about my car and any updates whenever I called.

The whole experience felt very well organised and stress free and the team made sure everything was handled smoothly. I really appreciated the customer service and attention to detail.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Veetec Motor Group to anyone needing reliable and professional vehicle repairs.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team kept me fully updated throughout the repair process, which gave me real peace of mind. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my car had been fully valeted, it was even brought back to my house. when. It looked and felt like a brand new car again! Professional, friendly, and genuinely caring about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. Was a great experience to deal with veetec. Especially Tecle who was on the phone to me when I needed a courtesy car. She managed to get a car for me when others said there wasn't any cars left. She is a star and should be promoted to a role where she can govern.

Had great experience dealing with Veetec as they took our car fast and was repaired and given back to us in a timely manner. Also provided with a courtesy car as enterprise were useless in this area.
