Meuble abîmé à l'ouverture du carton.
Coiffeuse jolie mais de qualité médiocre avec un tiroir qui ne coulisse pas correctement malgré les réglages. Les lumières ainsi que le miroir sont à coller et bien sûr ça ne tient pas.

I bought 6 different items of large shelving units for my shop to display my wares...I love them. Easy enough to assemble...I would give 5 stars but the stickers that are on the separate panels are an absolute nightmare to remove! Hence the loss of a star.

einfach nur Klasse Preis Leistungsverhältnis wunderbar der Kundenservice TOP schon soviel bestellt weil mir der Industry Style so gefällt und egal was es war Kommode Barhocker Küchenwagen Regale etc. nur grandiose Möbel - super leicht auf zu bauen - aus Kleinste genaue Beschreibungen und absolute High Class Qualität kann ich nur empfehlen

Expections were NOT set up properly. Claimed would be here 12/1 by 8pm only to find AFTER 8pm that item will not delivered until 12/7 (of which I do not believe to be true). Company.is a scam!!

I haven't needed to use their customer service but the quality of the furniture for the price is just amazing.

So far I've bought a bookcase, shoe rack, dining table, clothes rail and have another bookcase on the way. OK it's obviously not real wood but it all looks very stylish in a dark wood-look and metal industrial style. Got it all via Amazon which is great as free and quick delivery. This stuff is a similar price to IKEA but miles ahead in terms of sturdiness, ease of putting together and appearance. Pleased to have found this brand. Well done!

I purchased several pieces of vasagle furniture from Mighty Ape in Auckland, Aotearoa NZ putting them together was fun and easy I normally don't like flat packs as I found them tedious and fidgety, but no this has changed my opinion of the flat pack. Everything looks quite stylish and works well with my usual decor. I haven't needed support so I can't comment. So am very happy with my vasagle pieces.

Wir haben mittlerweile einige Möbel bei Vasagle gekauft. Wir sind absolut zufrieden. Faire Preise, super Qualität, schnelle Lieferung, leichter Aufbau, Schrauben in kleinen Beuteln und beschriftet. Tip top. Kaufe gerne dort und bestimmt bald wieder. Zu Retouren kann ich nichts sagen. Ich musste noch nichts retounieren. Toller Laden. Weiter so.

I've bought a total of 7 items over the years through their amazon store and all of them have been great.

Gutes Regal, allerdings passen in die Bücherregale keine Ordner, da die Abstände der Ebenen zu gering sind. Außerdem wurde bei mir ein Loch falsch gebohrt, sodass ich einen Metallstab nicht richtig montieren konnte.
Ansonsten top, einfach aufzubauen und schön anzusehen.

Ordered two desks but only one delivered. They do not answer the phone or email, as a result I have had to open an official complaint with PayPal.

Ich habe die Ware ausversehen an eine falsche Adresse schicken lassen. Der Verkäufer war aber kulant und hat alles problemlos geregelt.

Poor quality screw fittings. Drawers have fallen apart in less than two weeks.

I bought 4 products from Vasagle, 3 via Amazon and 1 via their own website. I was a bit nervous as they have some negative reviews on trust pilot about quality.

All of the items we bought on Amazon were absolutely fine. They’re pretty standard flat pack and I think if you’re not confident in putting furniture together then it might be difficult but I personally saw no difference in these products vs the likes of IKEA or Argos. As for quality, you get what you pay for. Yes they are an mdf like material covered in a faux wood material but that’s why they aren’t as expensive as pure wood furniture. Once assembled they look good and look like real rustic wood, you just have to be careful not to scuff them, or in the case of tables, spill lots of water on them.

The bookcase we ordered from the website was problematic. One of the holes on the metal frame was in completely the wrong place so it meant that we couldn’t construct without it tipping everything off balance. However, we emailed Vasagle and we’re send a replacement within 5 days. They asked us to dispose of the old one which I guess could be annoying for the consumer but as it’s flat pack it wasn’t an issue for us. The new item arrived and had the exact same issue as the first one only worse. Luckily for us we had kept the old item and we were able to mix and match the parts to get a stable, working bookcase. It did make me wonder whether there was a reason this item in particular was only listed on their website and not Amazon.

I would say that overall the items were as one would expect and assembly wasn’t that difficult with all tools provided. The customer service was prompt and they corrected the issue for us within a week.
I would be wary of newer products that don’t have reviews as this seemed to be where the issue was with our book case but otherwise the coat rack with seat and bedside tables look great and 4 months on are still working as expected.

I ordered a number of different pieces of furniture from this company (via their Amazon store) to affordably furnish my home office. They provide excellent-quality furniture for this price range. I would say that the overall quality is even better than that of IKEA's, although the assembly may require slightly more time/effort.
Delivery was fast and the packages were well sealed and protected. However, less reliance on polystyrene would improve environmental friendliness!
One of the pieces had a minor defect, about which I contacted their customer support (via messaging on the Amazon website). I was very impressed by their service in this regard: they responded promptly, and after sending them photos of the defect, they offered a generous partial refund, which I accepted and was promptly issued.
I would certainly buy from this company again.

Wonderful furniture at super affordable prices. I bought a desk, and also a sort of shoe store/bench thing, and a leaning bookshelf that fits perfectly into a notch in the wall in my bedroom.

It does look a lot more expensive that it actually was and it is holding up! There are some minor imperfections but these are more probably due to how I screwed things in in not quite the right order!

The furniture is nice. Easy to put together.
Getting a reply regarding an enquiry via their Instagram is a waste of time. I've been waiting four weeks now. It's been even longer via their web page.
Be careful when putting anything on the wood effect furniture. It leaves a yellow stain.
