Vapeology first opened in 2014 by owner Matthew Abercrombie. His mission was to find an alternative to smoking and to help as many people as possible quit by switching to vaping. In the early days, the media gave it a bad name, but as more testing by physicians has come about, like the Royal College of Physicians and being endorsed by the NHS, Vaping has come a long way in being the best cessation for quitting smoking. Vapeology has expanded massively, and due to customer support, we moved to a bigger store in 2019. We pride ourselves on our customer service and wouldn't be where we are today without our customers. The reviews we receive are truly heartwarming and fuel us to better ourselves every day. Thank you for all the reviews and support along the way. The vapeology family is forever growing.

Great customer service from Kyle, he was very polite and helpful as well as giving me a lot of good information on my new device and an amazing deal on some vape juices. The shop itself has a chilled out atmosphere and seating was very helpful when setting up my new vape. Overall very good vibes.

Damo, great customer service, very lovely and knows what he's talking about. The shop was incredibly inviting and very vibey, I love how there's seating that gives a welcoming community vibe, overall the staff are extremely kind!

Hi Saule, I don't understand your bad review, mainly because you ordered a product from us on 15th November at 18:11 pm. We close the shop at 18:00 pm and it clearly states on the order page that orders will be processed 12 pm midday. Also, excluding weekends. I apologise for any confusion this has caused you, but as a small, independent, run business, we run the website from our store. You also failed age verification on the order, which we cannot process without any verification that you are not underage. We will be more than happy to help you if you would like to contact us via email info@vapeology.com or give the store a call. We have tried to contact you regarding your order and age verification.

Got 4 nasty liq’s that were b.b.e September. I received them end of sept so wasn’t happy and gave a 1* review. However I didn’t expect a refund or reply but fair play they’ve given me my money back so I’ll try them again as the delivery was fast and customer service spot on
