Hello I placed an order just under 2 weeks ago , and I didn’t get any emails to say they are being delivered or anything , only found out they had been delivered on the 20th of July , they have been sitting outside in a “safe place “ since then , and are soaking wet and unusable , I didn’t receive any emails about the delivery , i am so dissapointed

The staff are incredibly lovely. Amanda has recommended the best flavours and knows her stuff well.

I requested 3 of the same vape in nicotine free. 3 arrived, one didn't work and tasted of burning. One was okay and the other was the wrong flavour. When I rang to raise my complaint I was told by the female on the phone that she would text me the address to return the 2 vapes. She didn't.

Sent 2 items correct and one was wrong, but when I complained the issue was resolved quickly and professionally and even threw in a complimentary vape. Would use again definitely.

A supremely responsive, considerate and helpful service. I had mis-ordered what I wanted, and needed guidance on getting it right; and also getting what is right for me. I needed and made the most of their first class expertise in all things 'Vaping', and dealt with an extremely personable, kind and attentive team. Bravo!

Andrei always has an awesome new recommendation to suggest and is hands on when it comes to advice, as is the whole staff! I'll gladly continue my weekly pilgrimages there!

Honestly the best and cleanest vape shop I have been too. Have been coming here for the best part of 2 years and I have never been disappointed. Great selection of vapes and vape juices, staff are polite and welcoming and the prices are great. Will always be my number 1 for vaoe supplies.
