Total scammers. Take your money and not send items out. Then do not reply to any of your messages.

If I could give this company 0 star I would. They took my money, kept telling me they were ‘checking’ my order and then started reading my messages and not replying. I have asked for a refund multiple times as have not received anything. Absolute scam.. do not use!!!! I have now had to raise this as a scam with my bank!

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY, TAKES WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR TRACKED 24, THEY SEND YEARS OUT OF DATE VAPE JUICE THAT IS NOT DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE TOO. NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS AND NEVER ANSWER CALLS. **BUYER BEWARE**

This place don’t even deserve no starts at all!… poor customer service I paid £4.99 to get vapes delivered early 1-2 days on the 24/03/2025 took a week l! Sent 3 emails no reply sorry there late no updates nothing!… I rang the shop up loads times no answer!
When I did get through woman wasn’t no bothered on the phone lied to me said they will come today then tomorrow don’t want to listen to what I had to say don’t offer me refund back for xtra that I paid she didn’t have a clue what she was doing.
Then I rang again cause I got sick of waiting she then lied again saying that they had already been shipped when they hadn’t then…..I rang again spoken to the bloke then they shipped my order Saturday! When he told me I would receive Saturday. Which I didn’t get Saturday I got today 03/032025….

also they sent me 3 xtra vapes free just random flavours yeah cause I’m gunna smoke them 🤦🏼‍♀️ that’s why I ordered full box of the same and also told them on the phone same vape flavours please

I have only had a good experience with this company. A couple of times they didn't have what I ordered but they called me so I chose an alternative, and they let me have a more expensive vape instead which is great customer service. They can't be beaten on price and I wouldn't use a different company

Ordered on 13th feb 2025, Evri lost the parcel, got in touch to let them know Evri has lot parcel, till today they are promising to send replacement. Its 28th Feb now, asked for refund and now they have stopped contact

Don't have any stock and send you random products to prove they delivered 'something' but not actually at all what you ordered. Unfortunately for them, MasterCard made the right call. They ignore calls and emails. Just an atrocious bunch of charlatans.

Had faulty vape. Ooozing fluid out and hissing.. contacted them via email. They replied the first time wanting order number and picture of vape which I sent but then no reply but a reply saying undress unknown address. Have emailed another 2 times and still no reply! Will never use again!

I received faulty devices recently and tried to contact them. I've been told to upload the pic but got no response for three days now. Firstly, they will ask for time to call back and secondly, they will not pick up the phone.
After 2more days, made contact to their Manchester office and the guy told that he would solve the problems if he gets the details in his number. I did but 3 more days passed.
Again I could reach to another colleague and again I had to upload all the details to her designated number and she promised to start the return process before closing.
Since I have not received any updates, I found to explore their service in detail on Trustpilot.
Its such a pain and really worried about my money.

Very very very satisfied with my experience so far with Vape Area UK they are a good merchant who really understands the importance of customer service in their business. I've been buying from them for over half a year now and can say that they cannot be faulted, from the variety of products to prices - and I mean it when I saw theirs are generally the cheapest across the internet, especially if you take advantage of their multi-buy deals. There are Vapes with 10000 puffs that cost only £8-9 per piece when you buy in bulk, which is an amazing deal. For something like a Hayati Pro 15,000 puffs that is selling at at least £15 from physical vape stores, here you can get one for close to £10 if you buy as a bundle.

Their vape products are value for money and good quality, I've not had issues so far with the 5+ bulk bundle purchases I've made, and I will recommend this shop to friends in the UK wanting to stock up some Vapes without any reservation.

Their Customer Services is so human, and personal. They've kindly offered to send back two Vapes that have run out of stock that they previously substitute with another product in a previous order. So kind!

Whereas they don’t always have the correct stock in to reflect what they have online, they are always very quick to sort this out and easy to get hold of. They always call right away and arrange any alternatives and compensation as necessary.

To start with I had no trouble with ordering then I had a parcel arrive wich had my vapes missing from vape area after about a week resent my order out again but then I didn’t receive the vape I initially had ordered wich meant I was then losing out on around £8 when contacted to ask for the money refunded I received no reply. Not guaranteed delivery and not guaranteed to get what you order

Best poduct i orderder some boxes found good ones on time service very happy will definitly order more highly recomended
