Don't use this company completely useless, take money for court fees with no intentions of logging them with the courts

We recently received an unsolicited call from Vanguard Partners despite our number being registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).

We did not answer the call, but as we have no prior relationship with this company and have not given consent to be contacted, this raises concerns about their compliance with UK marketing regulations.

Businesses should respect TPS registrations and individuals’ preferences regarding unsolicited contact. Based on this experience, I would urge others to exercise caution.

I hope the company reviews its calling practices to ensure they are fully compliant going forward.

First time I have used vanguard partners and I now won’t be using any other firm.

Walked me through the process step by step with no hidden charges or fees.

I spoke with a few staff and all of them went above and beyond to help.

I sent the info for what I was trying to get back,
They reviewed it and went to work same day
And by 3 pm the day I signed their agreement I got paid from the debtor.

BIGGEST FRAUDULANT SCAM GOING!
If we could give minus stars we would! This company instructed themselves after we declined them proceeding and DID NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK that they sent repeatedly 5 times to e-sign!
They then proceeded to take the money from the debtors that we discussed with them and were told they would “look into and come back to us” on.. they have then withheld the money and not paid us the funds whilst making any form of communication nearly impossible. They are rude on the phone and unbelievably they never have any managers that you can talk to! DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THEIR COLD CALLS! Avoid at all costs.. quite literally!

spam call, asked if he could speak to business owner. i said we dont put those calls through, he says "whatever" and hangs up hahaha

I had a problem with the client and they dealt it very professionally and helped me to recover my debt. They were in communication with me and with the client and helped to resolve the issue

Absolute SCAM of a company they invoiced me for "legitemate cout costs" that i was told would be 100% refunded if i didn't go ahead. since i have paid the money nearly a year ago i have not had any money back off the company and just keep being told that there legal team will be in contact.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND RUN

Please note this was not my accountants fault at all it turns out the debtor had not filed correctly,

i was told i would receive a full refund of all court costs due to not being able to persist with the deb, (i was told this would be fully refundable before i handed over any money) and having to deal with the winding up petition, this has still not happened and the lines of communication seem to have been closed as i am not getting any response as per usual. i have tried to deal with this situation numerous times with his "Legal Team" as he keeps telling me but nearly a year down the line and i am no further

My statement still stands and reading the rest of the reviews it seems i am not the only one by far.

i was also charged VAT on top of the "legitimate legal costs" and have later found out the court does not charge VAT!!!!!!!

They ware so surprised when I rung them and told them that my debtor payed, and payed them. After promises that the relevant person will contact me and pay back nothing happened for over one year now. Keep ringing, no answer, they just don’t what to hear B from you when you ask for your own money back.

If I would give this company IF THEY ARE A COMPANY a zero i would absolutely a crack of shite no-one answers the phone to you or if they do your case handler is never available.
An absolute joke all of them all they are interested in is getting your money and you get nothing back.

If only I could give less I would. Total con artists please DO NOT USE this company pushed hard for me to sign a contract which would have meant any time in the future the debt was settled they would get commission I refused to sign it was amended to 90 days but shock horror no contact from them

Great service and didn’t mess about. We went from having an outstanding bill of 12 months with a client who ignored every attempt of contact to fully paid within 2 weeks thanks to these guys. Highly recommend and will use again!

instructed to recover an unpaid debt - client paid them on 28/11/22, despite numerous phone calls and emails the forms we need to provide with the account details are still not received nor is the money, i can only imagine any 5 star reviews are clients whom have recently had confirmation of their debt recovered and have not actually received the payments from Vanguard. as that seems to be the tricky part. the phone is rarely answered and when it is .... just empty promises. i suspect due to the amount of negative reviews the company is close to closing and they are unable to pay the monies owed, avoid like the plague - this is not a trustworthy organisation. its been very stressful continually chasing with no correspondence

Fraud and big-ticket scammers. Still no refund despite being offered my money back that was stolen 2 years ago. Watch this space.

a few years ago we did use vanguard to recover a debt , and on that occasion the money was paid direct to us, and then we paid vanguard 25% ,so we thought all ok and I did give a review to that effect, this time around totally different story, signed a form so the money was paid to vanguard and then they pay us 28 days later , the money was paid to vanguard in August 2022 and we have proof , so now many emails to them , many calls and being told its being dealt with, transferred to people who I don't think exist to leave a voicemail and nobody ever called back , so we decided to put a debt collector on a debt collector , the feed back from the newly engaged debt collector is its a waste of time with this tangled web of scammers , as they are getting no response , and looking into the company's structure , you will never be able to pin anyone down , I gave vanguard the opportunity of sorting this out, yesterday when somebody answered the phone , but they just fob you off with a load of delaying tactics, I have spoken to few others who have given bad reviews and its all the same bad experience,

Vanguard collected an outstanding disputed debt. I passed this to Vanguard with no expectations and they took a settlement on my behalf of which I am more than happy with.

I was unfortunate enough that I chose this company to help out on a CCJ case:
They take on the case when they know very well that the couldn’t do anything for me
They provided me with miss leading information that nearly cost me the all case, paid them £600 and they didn’t move a finger for me.. eventually they agreed to refund the money.. but never received nothing..
They ignoring my letter and emails..

This company it’s registered in Edinburgh (Scotland) but they do business in the UK
I couldn’t not get a country court judgement against this company as it’s not registered in the uk.
I’d stay well away!

We instructed Vanguard Partners to collect a £3.5k debt from our customer and the customer duly paid Vanguard in April 2022. We have proof of payment from our customer and are now almost in the New Year and Vanguard still haven't paid us a penny!

They have not contacted us at any point, don't answer emails and no-one will speak to us about it. I see that many other people have had the same experience and can't believe they can get away with this.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

Total Scammers - employed them for debt recovery. They got paid by our debtors but never advised or paid us and now we will be taking legal action against them. So we advise anyone out there to avoid Vanguard Partners or anyone connected to this sham of an organization. They also trade under the name ​Caledonian Group Services Limited and the same applies
