Très déçu par la qualité du produit commandé le 1 mars reçu le 5 mars sans problème elle a été offerte a ma compagne le 28 mars pour notre Pacs nous somme aujourd'hui le 14 avril la bague est dans triste état malgré le soin apporté par ma compagne voici la reponse que j'ai reçu:

Je suis désolé pour le problème. La plupart de nos articles sont en argent sterling 925 standard international, leur couleur d'origine est l'argent. Afin d'obtenir un meilleur effet sur le design, les articles ont été plaqués avec la couche d'autres couleurs, ce qui signifie que le métal des articles n' a pas la couleur en soi.

Veuillez bien comprendre que c'est la caractéristique de l'artisanat, cela est inévitable pour les articles en argent coloré, qui n'appartiennent généralement pas à des problèmes de qualité. À l'heure actuelle, en raison de la limitation du processus de galvanoplastie pour les articles argentés colorés, même si nous avons déjà introduit la meilleure technologie de galvanoplastie, le manteau coloré peut s'user et se déchirer avec le port continu, et ils peuvent exposer la couleur argentée de l'intérieur.

When I open the product it was smaller than I expected. In the image when shopping for it seemed just a little bigger in the image. A little disappointed that the product was small.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size. They corrected my order before sending it out. Super easy. Pictures don't do it justice. I never thought of a ring like this for me and I'm so glad my fiance picked it. It sparkles, isn't too heavy on my hand, and doesn't stick up as far as I thought it would.
