Having given details of my motorhome on Saturday I did receive a call on Monday when I was unavailable. I’ve contacted them three time since been asked to send photos again and on each occasion promised a call back by both Andy and Mike. Neither have called back despite Mike saying he won’t let me down. I believe they can’t cope with the number of requests. Still no offer / valuation after 5 days. Adam called me and explained their ‘technical problem’ which is now sorted.

Very impressive got offered a price 2 chaps came out checked vehicle over money in bank and van sold in 20-30 minutes cheers chaps

Great fast service fair price with no hassle

Cannot fault this company. They carried out the purchase exactly as described and were very reassuring all the way through. Quoted from photos and info I supplied, paid a fair price without haggling when collection was carried out. Thanks also to Ray the driver who waited patiently while the money cleared.

Excellent service, from the first phone call from Mike. A lovely gentleman, no pressure to sell, very good price offered. Change the collection day to suit us at short notice. Was picked up promptly by John, very polite, followed covid protocol. Even our chihuahua liked him, which is very rare for him to allow strangers into our home. Tried selling my van for a little while. Got fed up of being messed around so I sent van buyers a message. Within an hour everything was sorted and had my van arranged to be picked up at whatever time and date suited me.

Contacted vanbuyer and spoke to Adam who asked me to forward pics.
A price was sent through and I was more than happy, a lovely lad called Carl came to collect it, he was polite and courteous throughout making the transition so easy and keeping us fully informed.
A few more scratches where found when checking over and Adam still honoured what had been offered, super company to deal with and straight as they come.

Amazing service. I sent pictures Monday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon the money was in our account and the van was gone, no haggling Adam stuck to his word on price and Dai was very professional picking the van up. All round excellent service, would highly recommend.
