Great experience, Danielle and Adam were fab, good communication throughout. They gave me a fair price which they stuck to. If you are honest about the condition of your van, they give you a fair deal, no tyre kicking and knocking prices down when they pick up, just good straight forward business. Ray who picked up the van was lovely. I'm a happy customer.

Really efficient service, I was kept updated by Hannah at every step of the way, she was very informative and had great customer skills, the driver Lee arrived less than 24 hours later to pick up the vehicle , he very professional and polite, once he did a quick inspection of the van he made a quick call and the money was in my bank, very impressive service from start to finish.

Jeff, Adam and the other 2 gentlemen were very helpful and a pleasure to have walking me through the process. Smooth transaction, swift too. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they even kept a distance which was considerate during a pandemic.

They don't give you a review in minutes you enter your details and press "Get My Evaluation" button and no evaluation turns up you then have to upload photos etc,so all in all a complete waste of time
