I was introduced to Valora through a friend and I asked them if they could put together a buffet for a sports club prize-giving evening. I gave them an indication of the sort of thing we wanted and Jas and Chef Mohandas came back confirming it with a few improvements!

On the day they came with the food in plenty of time, made a very attractive presentation as we asked and it was a great and ample selection of delicious food.

Our guests really enjoyed it and the feedback was excellent. I’d recommend Valora Catering for their customer service and their attention to detail and we look forward to working with them again

Hosted an event with catering service from Valora. From the time I engaged, everything was meticulously planned and executed with appropriate support staff. Special mention to Mohan the chef. He made sure all our menu requirements are taken care. Indeed he has included some surprise items as well. All guests irrespective of age, have appreciated the quality, quantity and variety of food served. No shortage of food. Everyone’s tummy was filled with yummy food. Many observed the way he served everyone with smile, irrespective of windy and external conditions. Even the venue management was happy that the kitchen and hall was handed over to them clean. Valora has set the bar so high. Valora can cater to any scale, cuisine. Will be part of all our family and friends events.

Chef Mohandas was prompt & quick at responding to my queries before the family celebration.He made sure he found the favourite dishes of our main guests , size of kitchen & the essentials before hand. As a host he took my pressure off my shoulders so I could have focussed time with my guests on that evening. He gave a variety of items to choose from his hand picked menu, suggested the best dishes & gave a huge combination of complimentary dishes with both vegetarian & non vegetarian options.

He was very conscious about the time , his commitment & was punctual with his team members. He provided all the canopy starters to a high standard of a Michelle in style restaurant, highlight was the way he displayed the canopy items. His team service was highly appreciated & commandable. Our favourite were Mango salsa toastes, Mushroom manchurian , Samosa chaat, Chilli garlic prawns. Our guests were awestruck by the quality & the standard of service.

He brought in all the plates, cutleries, served hot food to our guests, proactive in attending to our needs & adapting to the space we had.
He gave us enough gap between the courses & catered to our needs. Mains were again all mouthwatering dishes, me being vegetarian I highly recommend the veg biryani, it had all the taste & aroma of vegetables but without any vegetables & the Srilankan aubergine gravy, his Tadka dhaal was amazing & very tasty than the usual restaurant style. Favourite Non vegetarian dishes of our guests were Mutton uppu kari & Butter chicken with Veechu parota. All the presentation was mind blowing.

All along the evening, he had a helper in the kitchen to tidy up & keep up with his standard of service.

His array of desserts were again an extra element to our evening making it even more special. Gulab Jamun in a tart was delicious, variety of cakes & watermelon complimented each other. We were all looked after for the whole evening with so much care & affection through his cooking.

Chef Mohandas honestly made me proud in front of my guests through his service & the spotless kitchen behind him.
To add a touch more , he left so much leftover food all neatly packed & stored in fridge to feed us for couple more days.

We used Valora Catering for a private ceremony at home, and they exceeded all expectations. The team arrived promptly and provided an excellent service from start to finish. The selection of starters, mains, and desserts was outstanding – everything was beautifully presented and tasted incredible.

One of the best parts was that they handled the entire clean-up, leaving our home spotless so we could simply relax and enjoy the occasion. Chef Mohandas is truly a talented chef with a fantastic team behind him. Their professionalism, quality of food, and attention to detail really stood out.
