Easy to use good rates and super customer service

When I have used them I can't fault the service or product. I have used them several times in Florida and has another vehicle booked for Atlanta.

We now can't travel due to the pandemic and the company has no sympathy for this unique scenario and won't refund the deposit even though we can't fly.

They will get a lot of bad feedback from this lack of foresight

Have booked a car through this company to been picked up 1st may in Orland because of the lock down cannot get there has cost £50 to cancel and is going to take 30 to 60 days for the rest to be refunded have been using this company for over 5 years and never had a problem till now
Would never use them again
Company should be looking at their policy over this pandemic outbreak

Everything covered at the best prices I can find

This company previously has been great but I'm afraid it's fallen from grace. The customer service is rubbish and don't seem to know the difference from cancellation and refused entry into the USA because of the Coronavirus and wants to charge the customer for this privilege. Friends have booked directly with car rental company for the same trip and have received a full refund. Only the best companies will survive this travel ban and this will not be one of them.

Avoid at all costs. Refused to cancel, then decided to add a ton of fees to cancelation based on the Corvid 19.

Extremely rude customer service, with a massively dishonest manager (James).

In future, I would avoid all contact with this company. They seriously are not concern about your health or well being.

Changed my review due to the lack of sympathy from this company regarding their cancellation policy even with the Coronavirus.

Previous excellent experience, value and ease of booking

I have used this company 10 times in the last 17 years, and have never had any issue.
This time, I had a query about which rental car companies allow travel to Canada, and this was answered quickly and properly.

Have used these for many years and will continue to do so .

I have used usrentacar for several years for my Florida car hire and would not consider anyone else!
The booking process is easy, the pricing fair and customer service very helpful.

I've used Usrentacar for several years now and never had a problem. Their prices are very good, the option to pay a little more to be able to make amendments (or cancel) is invaluable and I have used it to change vehicles in the past.
The support team have always been very helpful and quick to respond. Can't fault them
I've also used their sister company for Florida attraction tickets and have not found better prices.

Absolutely love using these guy's this will be my 4th in the same amount of years .
Sooooooooooooooo easy to book.
Hassle free when picking up the vehicle at the desk NO questions or sale's pitch as all your Doc's are with you .
I always use the Platinum booking with the vehicle as it covers all your insurances + extra cover for your excess if needed plus the most important Full tank of fuel so give it back empty and walk away , a friend of mine on one of our trips filled his rental till it showed full on the gauge , but by the time he had checked in for his flight they had billed him an extra $50 dollars to top up the tank SO BE AWARE.
Again Sooooooooooooooooo easy to use at great prices don't pay the extra to upgrade in the USA do it in the UK and save £££££££

Easy booking at a good price

Excellent service. Website very user friendly. Always get a competitive price. I take out gold cover which includes everything I need. It’s great booking with a company which has everything covered as you will often face the hard sell in the USA and can easily end up paying a whole lot more than you need to, when I’ve booked with USrentacar then I have the confidence to just say no! Only thing I would love would be the occasional promo code for repeat customers to destinations other than Orlando.
