Everything has gone wrong and the customer service people continue to give us lame excuses. I still have not received the bed I purchased months ago. I won't purchase through this company again. Shame on your terrible business practices. You should all work for McDonald's.

I just included everything I wanted in my new mattress and there were pictures of my choices. It was so much easier to compare the brands then! I hope I love it.

I was able to order what I wanted at a good price. This is a mattress cover I have used for 8 years and just want one the isn't starting to stretch out. Sure have gotten great use out of the first one!

Completed my order but with a small problem navigating website and applying for credit.
Still I was happy to order the mattress I wanted.

Shipping takes forever and you will get zero follow up on your order once you have paid them. Cancellations take just as long. Will not be doing business with this company again

The BAD: #1 Placed order on internet. At conclusion screen said “Error try again”. No access to account. I checked my pay pal account and confirmed payment had been made.
#2 No customer service available until Monday. On Monday Customer service confirmed my order and sent an email confirmation.
#3 XPO logistics sent an email of delivery date (6AM to & 7 PM). On that date No one arrived. I contacted XPO and they said the order had been canceled, and for me to contact U S Mattress.
#4 U S Mattress customer service took a day to figure out the problem. They contacted me and said the problem was resolved and XPO would contact me with a new delivery date.
#5 The new delivery date was 2 weeks later (6AM to 7PM)
The GOOD: The delivery arrived before 1 PM. The delivery men were Professional, Courteous, fast and Friendly.
The Beauty Rest Silver was exactly what we ordered and wanted.

The buying process was good, now my final review will depend on the shipping and setting up process.

I had problems trying to order. I got cut off when I was chatting. I finally got the order to complete but did not receive a receipt to my email. It all just happened about 10 minutes ago and I may not be giving it time. I created a password just in case this happened I could get a receipt but it is not working either.

Extremely strict and inflexible exchange policy despite what they advertise on their website. I recently purchased a mattress for our guestroom that ended up being too thick and high for the space. I reached out to US Mattress the same day I received the mattress and asked if I can exchange it for a lower profile mattress. I had no issues paying for the exchange and restocking fee even though it is ridiculous and astronomical. They refused to let me exchange the mattress and stated that I had to wait 30 days. I tried explaining that the reason for the exchange has nothing to do with the comfort of the mattress but more so the height of the mattress so it doesn't make any sense to make me wait 30 days but they would not budge. This company is fine if you end up loving your mattress but stay away if you want any flexibility in terms of returns or exchanges.

Well, this is the 4th day of October, and I still don't have my merchandise, ordered and paid for in July. I keep getting "reassurances" that the mattress and box spring will be delivered. I have spoken with several different "customer care" employees. I sent emails to a company executive, J. Nashif, identified as the CEO, but never heard back from him. Anyone who buys from this company, simply be aware, you may never get your merchandise, but U.S. Mattress will get your money.

can not recommend this mattress even for an 110 lb teen. back and neck pain 120 days trail offer is an joke charge $140 + 10 % for exchange no return and refund possible.
