Well here it is December 12 and my order from Nov 28 is still not shipped or updated. Tried to call and I do not get through. Cannot contact via e-mail either.
update12/20/2022 They refunded my money as I guess they did not have the product. So I will add another star. I would have rather had the product.

The website was user friendly! Was able to find the mattress I needed, relatively easily and the prices were reasonable.

Eric made our experience at US mattress worth it! I give him a 5 star in customer service.

Easy ordering and great selection

I purchased a JoyBed mattress from us-mattress.com, based on my online chats and phone conversations with the us-mattress sales team.

I was interested in the JoyBed because the website noted that it was comprised of all-natural materials (cotton and wool) and that it was a cooler alternative to other mattresses.

I asked each salesman/woman if the JoyBed would be as supportive as memory foam (which I had been using for 10 years). They all confirmed that the JoyBed was as supportive.

I was very disappointed with the mattress when it was de-boxed because of the uncomfortable coils within the mattress. There was no support, and the coils were unbearable.

JoyBed has a 120-night guarantee that I utilized. I contacted us-mattress.com via PayPal and ultimately received a full refund in March 2023.

Word to the wise:

- In general, only buy a mattress when you can physically see/feel it in person.

- Always pay with PayPal (they will fight the battle for you, when necessary).

Online Chat answered all of my questions and concerns with a convincing answers. Now I have more confidence in the transaction. Thank You,

Your site was user friendly where I found the product I was searching for easily and checkout was same.

Travis at the Ferndale store was helpful, patient and answered all of my questions. He pointed out the pros and cons of the mattresses my daughter liked. In the end, I
feel like I made a good choice. I would refer others to him for sure.

Receive confirmation,
Next day... receive cancellation (due to shipping constraints).

You wasted my time, my energy, took my personal/financial info, then leave me in the lurch. If shipping to my location was not a viable option, that should have been made clear - instead of allowing me to go through the entire process.

Nowhere, during the process, was there ANY indication that you do not ship to Alaska. You clearly state, "Free, NATIONWIDE shipping." Last I checked, Alaska IS A PART OF THIS NATION!

DO NOT SELL SERVICES which you DO NOT PROVIDE!!! Honor the deals you do offer!

I didn't like having to pay for set up. We could have done that ourselves and saved $300! I was not given another option. I just wanted the mattresses to be left at our door. They give you free delivery but charge way too much for setup.

Everything from start to finish. Chatting with Charles was terrific. He shared his expertise and helped me a make a solid decision that will serve my needs the best.
