Really happy with the tops that I ordered. Delivery took some time, but still got them before going on a trip

Both of the items I ordered are made of quality materials.

It was a great experience in ordering however, I waited a very long time to actually get my order.. I ordered on 9/12 and received my order on 10/16..:(

I have been on the phone for an hour trying to get an address for an exchange. All I have gotten is the runaround! Could someone please help me?!! My phone number is 661-964-8380.

STAY AWAY. The ABSOLUTE WORST company to work with. If something is a wrong size they will not do a return. You have to pay $20 for shipping the exchange. When THEY MAKE AN ERROR IN YOUR ORDER, THEY STII MAKE YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING.

The two items I purchased are really great! I don’t usually order from random sites, but I couldn’t resist the white sweater. I wasn’t disappointed…the quality is amazing and the fit is perfect.

Great quality. XL size seems a bit smaller than it should be.

I order 2 sweaters from the picture I was under the assumption that the sweaters were knit. However, they are more like a sweatshirt material. Attempting to do a return within the 30 day window. However, no response and I checked spam. I did receive a discount for 15% off my next purchase when I said I was unhappy. It is suspicious to me when you attempt to make a return for a refund and the process is contingent on someone responding to your request.

The 2 items I ordered I don’t like. Says Free Returns but that’s a lie. $70 to return to someplace in Dubai. No tracking once out of USA. I will never buy something advertised on Facebook ever again.

I purchased three of your sweaters around August 15, 2024. I received them later than expected and therefore couldn’t use them on my trip. When I returned home two weeks later, I was able to review your package. One white sweater was a medium, which I will keep as it fits, but the other two are larges and are too big for me, therefore I need to return them.
Please provide instructions as to how to return these two sweaters to you.

There was no communication as to receiving my order or shipping. Had it not been for PayPal I thought I lost all my money
I finally received my order on August 25th. They are well made. I bought the grey and pink sweaters. I thought the pink would going to be lighter but they are okay

When a product is not suitable to the customer, it should be able to be returned to a US address like it was shipped for full US dollars credit. I will not shop here, again.
