Similar to other negative reviews, it's going on two weeks that I'm waiting for my order. I paid £45 for a hat that hasn't come, my Royal Mail tracking says they've received notification of dispatch but they are waiting for the parcel to get to them. This is so extremely poor. I've got zero trust and faith in this company and I'm not convinced my hat is actually going to come

I placed an order, Urban Excess took payment of £96 out of my bank straight away but the parcel wasn’t delivered. They did provide Royal Mail tracking information but it appeared that they never actually posted the parcel. Apparently they’re now sending a refund which takes 10 days (odd how it takes about 5 minutes to take money out of my bank but 10 days to give it back). There’s no phone number so you can’t talk to anyone to resolve any issues. Won’t ever order from this company again.

Although I was a bit put off by negative reviews here, I gave the site a punt and ordered an item. Good communication and came within days exactly as described. Will use again.

Paid for next day delivery, a week goes by and still nothing. Customer service apologised but the item was out of stock, I asked if they would arrange a free return if I order the next size down, in the event it didn’t fit I could return it, they said no. I understand it’s a busy time and mistakes happen but there are so many online retailers selling the same brands that have offered things that could make a real difference in making up for mistakes. I would stick with them and avoid UE

Ordered a coat on Black Friday sale, as soon as it went live. Said it would be delivered within 24-48 hours, but I heard nothing. Chased them up today, to find it’s actually out of stock….. not sure how that happens, and I’m also not sure when you had planned to notify me. Should have listened to all the negative reviews on here!

Rip off company sent me wrong items returned all items as they were the wrong colour they then refunded 1 item and now have to fight back and forth by email to get the rest of my money back. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered from here on a Saturday and paid extra for next day delivery, it said it would be shipped on Monday on the site. It's now Wednesday and the item hasn't been sent. Bit of a waste paying the extra for quick delivery.

Customer service aren't very helpful and the phone number on the order confirmation says it's no longer in service.

Their website currently says you get free 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail for orders over £150. This isn't true at all, you still have to pay.

Horrendous, sent item back, never received replacement, had numerous emails saying new item shipped, no tracking received, no item. Sent 3 emails asking for a refund, nothing, being ghosted. Opened up a charge back with card company today,

Ordered a cap .
It arrived , wrong item , colour and size . Sent emails to tell them and they didn’t respond. The only time you get a response is if you use the contact us , section of their website . They don’t respond to a replies though so back to contact us for a single short non respond-able message. They have received the item back over two weeks ago and still no refund or response . I’ve sent 14 emails to date on this . Do you want to buy from a company that ignores you at every opportunity, so that you give up ? Buying from this company online is a huge risk and a a huge waste of time so far . I am in the process of Reporting to Trading standards and it would appear there are many like me . I will not be letting these people keep my money. There are much better places to buy from. This firm gives online sales a very bad name. Time line ;
Return request 12/8/23 many emails to get correct order number which didn’t work . This means you can’t instigate return.
Order received back 29/8/23.
End 8/9/23 and still no refund or response.
Communication is key and they will ignore you.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
If you want to return or get wrong item you will experience a whole lot of hassle.

Sent me wrong size, informed them which they asked me to prove, so I did. Offered me a discount if I kept hold of them without returning which I accepted and was willing to do even though not my fault or issue. Then just got ignored. Keep your discount I'll just know not to bother in future. Thanks

Wasn't sure about this site at first because after 3 days my item still hadn't been shipped. But I sent an email and they responded very quickly. Great customer care, they were very polite and my item was sent out that same day. Arrived 2 days later (in packaging that is 100% recycled plastic which I was super happy about). Item is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't find my size elsewhere. will order from here again.

I ordered a shirt for $140 and paid $15 for shipping. Their website states that it would be delivered within 2-4 business days but it was never sent. I had to claim a dispute with my credit card company.

Great first time experience purchasing clothes from here. My smock jacket was delivered next day. Faultless service.

Below average experience in summary. The site showed a drop down for sizes, I selected my choice then added to basket to check out. My basket showed my picked size, proceeded to pay then my confirmation email showed an alternate size.. I contacted customer service, very slow response, no telephone number. Read FAQ, no order can be amended which is ridiculous. Paid £5 for delivery and sent the item back, wasn’t given back my £5 only the item cost. Very tight of them considering my unlucky scenario. Poor online experience, wouldn’t recommend, won’t be shopping with them again.

Good site, selection and prices. Ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday despite not picking quick delivery. Item arrived in perfect condition, no excess packaging and theirs was recyclable. Will be using again

Sent the wrong article now they are ignore any calls and emails. I want my money back or the correct order!

Totally incomplete order received and cannot get any reply. I’ve rang the shops and they fob me off. I’m down £180. I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks to get in contact.

Ordered Two items, after 3 days and info that my order have been despatched ive got an email saying that due to IT error one of the items got cancelled. After 5 days of awainting have an notification that apparently my ordwr got deliver but unfortunately never was delivered.
Definitely dont recommend. The worst shoping expierence which i had in my life.

Ordered product. They informed me item was no longer in stock. Requested refund. No response to repeated requests. Still waiting.
