Ordered some luxury towels that were being sent from a manufacturer in Japan. Estimated delivery was 3 weeks, several days after this date passed ingoy an email saying delivery would be an additional few weeks. I was happy to wait. Another month went by and no towels and no contact from Urbanara... so I emailed and was assured another few weeks. Another month went by, again no contact. I emailed again for a discount which was finally agreed to (10%) but after waiting almost 3 months or should really have come from Urbanara not me requesting it. Towels finally came. They are good quality, but had I known the issues in delay and the poor communication I would have ordered equally nice ones elsewhere.

The waffle towels took 6 weeks longer than originally stated but they are very nice

Just the name of the company fills you with confidence and a feeling that you will be provided with some unique and quality products. I was not disappointed; having ordered some bath towels they arrived and were as expected and more.

I bought a beautiful wool throw. It was delivered quickly and was nicely packaged. Best of all it was on sale. This was my first purchase and didn't know what to expect. I was impressed with URBANARA. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back.

overall I find it long to wait for some of the products, but now I realize that some of them are being produced. I'm very happy with the service and quality of the products.

I love the design of the cushions, which matche very well with my throw and sofa, but I was disappointed with the material as it was very delicate and fine, also the pattern is only on one side.

This is the second time that I have purchased a multi item order with Urbanara and they haven't disappointed. Although the lead time is quite slow, it is definitely worth the wait and the items are always of excellent quality. Delivery is consistently within the promised time and overall, excellent quality goods at a very reasonable price.

So far have bought 3 different items and have found them all to be really good quality for a reasonable price.

I needed to cancel an order within one day (Sunday) that was placed outside of working hours, and even though the order had not been confirmed, was unable to do so. Very disappointed and surprised there was no 'cooling off' period.

This is the second time I have placed an order with Urbanara, which arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged, fantastic quality.
