My initial contact proved positive. I had selected my item and they helped with the parameter changing (sizes). I paid for the item and received it very quickly. It was a perfect fit. I had it installed within 30 minutes and it works perfectly.

The customer care from UPVC store is that of a shambles at short. I paid £50+ for a French door lock that was required urgently so I paid for next day delivery on the 10th of July 2023, the item was confirmed delivered on the 12th but nothing to be seen. I emailed multiple times asking where it is as I have no information on the signature address etc - took over a week to find out that it was ‘with one of my neighbours’ and then another week to find out specifically that it was with 76 on my street. I knock on the door as I did previously and the door is different to the image on the royal mails confirmation of delivery.. no package. I contact UPVC that it’s not with my neighbour they send me a repeated email, after this I request a new item sent out or a refund as it’s THE SENDERS RESPONSIBILITY to find out where that package has gone if it hasn’t turned up to the correct address. It’s now 17 days later, my back door has no lock and is being tied by a shoe lace and I’m £50+ down with no help from UPVC store.

If you want a headache and a chance of your house being robbed then deal with UPVC

I am leaving this same review on both of their Trustpilot (upvc-store-com and upvc-store.co.uk), as they only link their .com page in an attempt to hide the many bad reviews.

I ordered various door furniture items from this site, which arrived promptly (that is the only positive comment in this review).

Seeing as though they are very strict about returns that have been opened or used in any way, I was surprised to see that the door handle I received had been opened, was missing parts, was filthy dirty and scratched.

I filled out an online form to get them returned, which needs to be approved, and heard nothing. I sent them various emails. Nothing. After over a week I called and was told that someone would review the return. Nothing. I waited another day or so and called again and this time the return was finally approved, just over two weeks from requesting the refund.

I sent the items back. Nothing. I called them and gave them my proof of postage details which showed the items had been delivered five days previous. I was given a story that returns are only processed on a Thursday, and that my items must have arrived in the afternoon and would have to wait a whole week to get processed. Guess what happened after the following Thursday - Nothing. I called them again and he refund was processed in a few days.

Overall a completely awful experience. I can only imagine the positive reviews are from people who didn't have to deal with their non-existent customer service.

It took over five weeks from submitting a refund request until I actually received the refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Easy on line ordering. Great product which colour matched our door frame repair perfectly. Good value and on time delivery.

Fantastic customer service from Jack who sourced an item that was not on their website, and on one I was having great difficulty locating anywhere! Jack went above & beyond to locate the exact product and expedited the order promptly. Would order from them again.

I started a return and kept getting the same email back to all of my communications. I therefore sent the upvc door handles back and sent the company the Royal Mail tracking. Still no contact. I found out that the handles were signed for on 21st June 2023 and still no communication. I have sent the Royal Mail signature details and to them today. I will not hold my breath for a response,. Terrible Company

I bought a product on 13th May, ask for return or refund on 25th May via their website as they requested. Keep on contacting them via chat, never come back to me since after few attempted. It is lack communication or lost in the mix or cloud among the team which make my refund or return product take a long time to process. Today is 20th June, hopefully hear from them soon.

Went on the live chat to identify gearbox sorted me out for a good price saved me a lot of money over a locksmith thank you jack!

Easy process, item well described, quick delivery

Part ordered, came quick and fitted great, will be ordering again.

Great advice via web chat. Was able to explain issue and upload pictures of the door locks and window hinges and the customer service agent patiently gave honest and clear advice and links to exactly the right products saved £100s on expensive locksmiths and call out charges.

Thought getting charged £4.79 delivery for a small bag of screws was a bit much.

Took a long time (2 weeks) for the product to arrive and zero communication in the meantime. Had to call to find out what was happening after no response over email.

Hinges came
Really easy to fit thought it would require the door taking off but if you take the hinges off individually and fit the new hinge the door remains in place
