Not recommended
I received my order from Unze London two days ago, and unfortunately, the shoes arrived damaged. I was very disappointed to see visible defects, especially considering the brand’s reputation. It seems like the product wasn’t properly checked before dispatching.
I reached out to customer service, but the process is inconvenient, why i pay return delivery charges, even though the fault is clearly from their side.
This experience has really made me question the quality control and customer care of this brand. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Unze London unless you're okay with the risk of receiving damaged items and dealing with a slow and unfair exchange policy.

Totally a waste of money
Totally a waste of money, and their service is worse than any brand I've ever bought. Very poor and low-quality shoes. I sent them my shoes for stone repair one month ago, and now they say they are not repaired yet, and the stones are not accessible.Worst experience with them not going to buy again

Complete lack of customer service
I ordered a pair of heels online from Unze London and wished to return them however had issues logging into my account. I emailed them, sent a message on the ‘contact us’ page, and sent a message on WhatsApp. I even tried to phone them but the number could not be recognised despite several attempts. I never received a response and am incredibly unimpressed with the customer service - I shall definitely not be buying from here again!

Wort experience Ever
Hi.
I ordered a pair of shoes online from Unze London and they sent me the defected pair.
After multiple tries to contact their customers service, no one responded responsibily.
I visited their stores 3 times and everytime they had different excuse. I had everything required to make return according to their Terms ,but they didn't get that pair back from me , I got a voice message from their representative that you can exchange or get refund from the store , I visited again and the store manager said , this voice message has no worth . I dropped the shoes their and came back.

Very bad shopping experience at Unze…
Very bad shopping experience at Unze Pakistan Bahria Lahore outlet. Purchased a shoe but lost its receipt. However bar code is present at pack. Stitches got torn in one time use and then their bad custard started.after long wait on call centre, they gave a wrong email id and refused to help stating that they are not concerned department. Trying to contact with Unze Pak team since last three days and used all of their contacts on WhatsApp, email and messenger but no satisfactory reply so far, in fact they don’t bother. Not a reliable and recommended company so please be aware while purchasing, they will never own their quality issue and will never help you finding solution

They NEVER give you a refund like they claim
I returned an order one month ago and called them every single week for a refund but they never gave us one! I still call them till this day and they tell me that my refund will be given this week but that never happens
I have placed orders from unze many times and this was extremely disappointing to see!

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my order (687626) placed on January 1, 2025. Unfortunately, I received the shoes in an incorrect size, which does not fit me.
Despite requesting a return and refund for the shoes, I have yet to receive either the returned shoes or my refund.

We received your return back in our warehouse in 2nd week of Feb 2025 and refund was initiated in the same week, As per our policy clearly mentioned on our website that it may take 7 to 14 working days to revert back your amount into your account after receiving of goods in warehouse.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes that came damaged. When contacting Unze they pretty much blamed me. The customer service was so poor I was referred to as Brother when they were communicating with me when I'm a lady. No compensation was offered. They are literally ripping customers of by sending out faulty products. Customer service team are so poor and will not provide a good service. Stay away from this company.

Delivery service require improvement
Order# 2685.
Placed an order on 17/04/2023 to be delivered using express delivery for extra £6.95. Today is 20/04/2023, tracking information showing Royal Mail expecting it but item not with them. Royal Mail spokesperson said, business account can issue tracking number without handing a real item to us. They responded to my query without any solution though for what I would say customer service is ok. This is what happened here. I just shared my real experience here.
