Customer Services were very good. However, despite ordering Bewley & Ritch shirts, in the same size as my other shirts from Bewley & Ritch, the shirts delivered on this occasion, were a lot smaller. I am wondering if this company purchases shirts that have been incorrectly sized/labelled. I had to pay the postage to return the shirts and currently still waiting for a refund.

I found exactly what I was looking for. Ordering was simple and the goods were delivered quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

I am a difficult shape to fit, with small feet and short legs, but I know these tights fit, and they last a good long time, so I go back to Universal Textiles time after time as I know they stock them and deliver promptly.

The jacket is great and the price was very good. It was easy to place the order and it was delivered a little ahead of time. Very pleased with the purchase and the service.

It looks like a great quality shoe, for the price. Harley Davidson charge 3× as much. They're a little big like 1/2 a size because UK 11 is like a Czech Republic 12,no big deal I'll by some soles or wear thicker socks. Can't wait until i wear them someday. Waiting on my leather jacket .

Such a disappointment! I wanted to get few jackets but I thought I’ll do a trial to check on the service and size. So, I found this jacket NEOBLU Women’s Jacket and ordered a size 28 at £79.02

So, after waiting for 10days, I got my parcel and guess what…. I got a jacket with size 38!!!!! 10x bigger!!! How the hell am I going to wear it! Apparently, returns are my responsibility unless it’s an error from Universal Textile. I’m am pissed and disappointed.

I wrote an email so let’s see what’s the reply!

The website was easy to navigate, it was relatively easy for me to place my order which was great for cos many people my don't fare well with technology but this was a simple process even for a dinosaur such as myself.

The whole experience of shopping with universal textiles was great. From searching to buying and receiving goods. The shirt is excellent quality and fit my husband is well pleased. And it was on sale!

The dress was exactly what I was looking for. I would say that the garment is true to size.

My shirt arrived today, tried it on unlike lots of work shirts for women they can be a bit skimpy. Not these, nice fabric ( not to see through) I'm happy with the price and I'll be ordering more after this review.

Good quality shoe but sizes are way bigger than normal so check centimeters to get to right size

I ordered a sweatshirt and they made a mistake in the order, I received a child size. I tried to contact them by email 5 times, I never got an answer from them!!! Catastrophic.
