I visited Unity Automotive Leicester to investigate buying a Fiat for the first time in mid-February and decided to go ahead and purchase a new Panda Le Grande. With it being a new model I had to wait for this new model to arrive and I picked it up yesterday and I’m absolutely thrilled — it feels pandtastic to be driving my new car! A great experience from start to finish.

I lost my husband last year, and handed back his MG PIP car and was not in the position to be able to buy another MG. A year on life is a little different and last weekend I went into Unity Coventry to test drive a ZS, a little over whelming being alone buying a car. I was made most welcome and received great service and support through the whole process. Matt Deeley was really friendly, helpful and very professional, I felt at ease and confident in knowing I was buying the right car for me at this time. I will continue to use Unity Coventry, and would certainly recommend MG cars, this my third MG. Suzanne

I recently bought a Fiat 500e from Unity Cheltenham and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car.

Mattia Corbett was brilliant to deal with. He provided outstanding customer service, understood our needs, and gave us options without ever overselling. He handled all the paperwork without any fuss and kept communication clear and consistent throughout the whole process, which made buying the car completely stress-free.

Ashley Goffe was also excellent and it was clear there is great teamwork within the dealership. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Unity Cheltenham to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I dealt with Ash at the Cheltenham branch and he was fantastic! They had a Jeep Avenger in stock at their Leicester branch which I was interested in. I was on a time crunch as was only visiting the area and he managed to arrange bringing the car down the day after I test drove one of their Avengers in stock and we completed the purchase the following Monday. Incredibly efficient and lovely person to work with!

I should know, I flew down from Scotland to pick up my brand new Abarth 600e Scorpionissima.
The car was perfectly prepared and Freddie is at the top of his game, both in terms of knowledge, high work-rate and in his courtesy. Go Freddie!

Issue with my Jeep wiper being non functional and dangerous. Fantastic customer service as live in London, straight in, fixed whilst I waited.

We visited the Cheltenham showroom several times and test drove two cars.
We put a deposit on a bmwi3 which we didn’t buy as we found the model we were looking for elsewhere. The deposit was promptly returned with out fuss.
Ash and Matia were friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble.

Coventry - Balsall Common .

Polite & everything but unfortunately they don't put correct amount of oil in your car. Half of it was split on engine.

You would think a master tech would know.

I had RAC out & they confirmed not enough oil in engine & potential catastrophic engine damage.

I also marked my air filter before taking car in & they claimed it was changed on invoice but it wasn't. These are con merchants out to save pennies or they couldn't be bothered because they only had one tech in & they were busy. I don't know which?

Dont trust them to service your car!

Service as it used to be! I had to change my number plate and getting all the sticky stuff off my car was not easy. Craig at Unity was brilliant, and did it all for me. Reminded me how service used to be in this country when people helped you, because they can. Would recommend to anyone.

The customer service was fantastic. They were very quick at passing information going back and forth and they worked very hard to get me what I wanted. Especially Paul, Arafat and Ikhlaas. Big thank you to the whole team. Love my Jeep.

Amazing experience purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler.
The whole team especially Mattia were so helpful and patient. I was pretty indecisive and they were extremely patient.
Now back home with the new Jeep - Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I have just bought a lovely Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce from your Cheltenham dealership. Both Ash Hennessey and Mattia Corbett were a great team to deal with throughout the whole sales process and hand-over.
Ash and Matt were friendly and engaging and they were just the right guys to talk with about the magic of Alfa Romeos. They were super helpful dealing with all my questions - and knowledgeable about the car. A pleasure to do business with.

Recently purchased a new Alpha Romeo from Unity Automotive in Cheltenham. From the first enquiry through to the point of sale we found all the staff friendly, helpful and communicative. In particular Mattia Corbett was excellent and his cheerful enthusiasm was great to be around and he made the experience of buying the car a pleasure. There was an issue where the numbers plates detached on the way home when we collected the car, however Unity dealt with this straight away, next day and sent a technician to fix this. My only suggestion to improve is that Unity should train their staff to be able to demonstrate the cars controls / features fully at the point of collection. Unity are a main, franchised dealer for multiple brands with various models however I would have expected them to demonstrate a little more knowledge at handover which would have been helpful.

Outstanding service from the team at Unity Tredington, Shipston-on-Stour.
I took my D-Max in for a service arriving at 8am. The team quickly booked me in and gave me a courtesy car for the day. The courtesy car was lovely to drive, and absolutely spotless with over 1/4 tank of fuel to get me to work quickly without having to stop.
I apologised to the gentleman that booked my vehicle in that I had not had time to clean it, but he was very understanding and said that he would have it cleaned for me - superb!
I received a call about 2pm that afternoon to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection. I made my way there topping up the fuel on my way.
As promised, my car was spotlessly clean and serviced to a high standard.
This was a completely hassle free experience where I was met with employees who look like they enjoy working there and pride thelselves on providing a top class service. See you again in 12 months.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Giorgio for helping us get our dream car! The whole process was super easy, efficient, and completely hassle-free – and we had our brand-new car ready in just a week! Giorgio kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. I’d highly recommend him (and Unity) to any of my family and friends, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with unity Treddington. I dealt with the sales manager after dealing with Ash, Ash was great but he went on holiday and it all went down hill from there.
I was handed over a car that hadn’t been checked over clearly as it run out of ad blue and screen wash in the first 50 miles, it had no hand books or document wallet I was also informed it had a spare wheel , but it turned out it never did. It also had a fault so the blind spot radars didn’t work, when I managed to pin them down to actually look into it they told me it had the incorrect brackets fitted, another fault that should have been picked up. The sales manager Jonny was constantly on the phone to me before purchase, do you think that was the case after the sale, Always excuses? No contact and just everyone else’s fault.
It’s a real shame but his customer service is nil, so if you are considering buying from Unity Treddington I would honestly look at how they solve problems and faults, they don’t ! Once they have your money no cares given.
51k for a vehicle with faults from day 1.
Now I am having to take legal action due to the really bad attitude towards customer when the faults and problems have all been because of the poor inspections and prep prior to handover.

Recently had my 2012 Grand Cherokee Jeep looked at by Unity Automotive Oxford.
My initial contact with the garage was less than satisfactory. However Rick, the manager of the dealership stepped up and sorted the outstanding issues.
I couldn't be happier with the resolution of my issues and would not hesitate to recommend the Kidlington dealership under his stewardship.

We had a great experience at Unity Cheltenham buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mark and Mattia were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicles they had. We had a terrific test drive, without any sense of feeling pressured to buy. The car is great and the price was very reasonable.
They also had some really cool Dodge Rams and Wildcats that they were very happy to demonstrate.
