Unprofessional Handling and No Resolution
I am quite disappointed with the way my experience has been handled.
There seems to be a lack of clarity within the team regarding their own product and processes. During the initial onboarding, everything was presented as aligned, but later interactions reflected a completely different understanding.
I was contacted again and asked to share details so the matter could be discussed internally. Based on that, I expected a proper follow-up and some effort toward resolution. However, after providing the requested information, it felt like the matter was simply closed without any meaningful action.
If something was not feasible, it should have been communicated clearly upfront. This would have saved time and avoided unnecessary inconvenience.
Overall, the experience reflects a lack of ownership and seriousness in handling customer concerns. Very disappointing.
