Do not use this company they are fraudsters, every single member from ‘senior’ managers Hamza and Qasim to the agents Basit, Laiba. There is no accountability and staff get away with scamming pilgrims. The owner Ghulam Dastgir Bhatti will not speak to us therefore he is also complicit in the fraud!
Look at recent reviews on Trust Pilot many people have been scammed not just us!
They will take your money and give you fake documents for accommodation and transfers paid for but not booked and then they ignore you whilst you are stuck abroad and constantly contact them for help.

We booked our Umrah package with m Basit Ali who turned out to be a liar and fraud and has been avoiding us for over a month now. We booked in November 2025 and completed Umrah end of March 2026.

1)Advance payments made for flights agreed but not booked by Basit on time resulting in price increase and then asking us for more money or to change. The new flights were cheaper but they were happy at this point to overcharge us by more then £300.

2)Payments - their accounts were frozen by their bank. It was clear their account was being investigated for possible money laundering and their accounts were frozen after this.
They sent me a copy of the message they got and it was asking them various questions about their business and what the account was used for.
Basit’s manager Hamza started to harrass me and leave me voice messages on Whatsapp asking why I had done a chargeback on the payment when I had done no such thing and to reverse this as it is unfair. This went on for a few days but eventually it turned it was their fault.

3) E-Sims was paid for and they did not want to provide resulting in us having to pay extra and buy ourselves fay before travel online.

4) No Ground Transfers to and from bullet train which we paid for and was included on Invoice. Messaged them whilst abroad and they read and ignored message so had to pay out of our own pockets.

5) Makkah, hotel not fully provided as paid extra for Haram View and we were given an old room with city view but it was roof of hotels. No actual city view of anything. Contacted them but ignored.

6) Medinah, Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick paid for by us which is 5 star hotel. We paid around £800 for this. They never booked this at all. On arrival at hotel they told us there was no booking. After contacting Usama at Umrah Ventures the replacement was a dirty 1 star hotel box room with no space to move around which costs around £300 for 5 nights. They pocketed our money. Fake hotel voucher provided by Basit and his manager Hamza with invalid Hotel Confirmation Number confirmed by the hotel manager at Movenpick. Usama said he would sort out within 24 hours but did not. We waited more then 24 hours and they continued to ignore us for the remainder of our trip after we messaged for updates.

7) Rude and unprofessional staff like Laiba who have zero training on how to deal with customer complaints and instead give attitude and tell customers why we are making issues. Complaint made and Qasim took no action.

They ruined our entire Umrah trip as we were stressed, angry and upset the entire time with the way we had been treated. We have incurred a huge financial loss as a result of their fraud and have been inconvenienced.

After our return, I called their office and Basit is still avoiding us and everyone in the office lie about his whereabouts.

We spoke to Qasim 10/4/26 (3 days after our return) and he said he would escalate this to his seniors as we have requested refunds and compensation for all the issues we have had. Till date we have heard nothing.

My husband attempted contact again on 14/4/25 4 times and several times today 15/4/26 to speak to Qasim as he has had more then enough time to speak to his seniors but each time their staff answered they all lied about his whereabouts and even pretend to be the manager and were caught out when my husband pulled him up and said that you are not the same person i spoke to on Friday.

I have therefore escalated this to citizens advise and they had given me legal advise and said they will escalate this to Trading Standards. I brought to their attention the numerous other reviews on Trust Pilot as they have scammed many people which they have added to the case.

Where is the director of the company Ghulam Dastgir Bhatti? He needs to be held accountable? Your details are on company house on the government website.

If you have been scammed do not let them get away with it, escalate this to citizens advice. They will give you a case numbers and advice, they will forward on to Trading Standards.
They advised the Law in which this company has failed under is as follows:

I will now take further legal action against them. I have proof of all conversation, all documents and video recordings.

This company is a complete fraud. They booked a trip for my son and were aware that he was travelling for health reasons so I wanted the best hotel for him and flight. They booked a S****Y hotel in Ankara even though i made it clear and paid for a 5 Star Hotel. They made a excuse and changed the hotel at the last minute but assured me it was 5 Star as that is what I paid for. My son went there and there was no booking. He booked another hotel and paid another £700. On his return today he was told at the airport that his flight was tomorrow even though they provided a scam confirmation confirming it was today. The airport staff tried to help him but when they checked they said that agent was notified by email about the flight change and had accepted the terms so they couldn't help him. He paid another £700 for two single flight tickets again to get home.I am now calling them and no one is answering my calls. This is a warning to avoid this company as they took all the money up front and are now refusing to even talk to me to explain.

Salaam. My name is Javeria and I came across Umrah Ventures on Instagram. I recently performed my umrah in Ramadan 2026. My experience with Umair Iqbal has been five star at Umrah Ventures as he immediately rectified my situation and concerns I had with some troublesome agents at the company - mainly Haider and Usamah. Haider and Usamah as agents had booked me with different hotels and then at the last moment changed my hotels. They passed me from one agent to another and hid my messages too. Usamah would call and laugh at my misery and openly told me that everyone in the office deliberately ignores my calls. I was upset to hear this and reported him to Khalid and Hamza who are managers there.
Haider promised to keep me informed about my driver upon arrival in Jeddah but failed to stay in communication which caused me distress. When I returned to the UK I reported both agents to the managers and the managers took swift action and fired them. I am grateful that going forward now, no one will experience the same thing that I did. Umrah ventures took action and apologised to me. Umair was so good he even refunded my monies and also said next time if I ever book with him again directly, he would put me in a five star hotel and I wouldn’t even have to pay upfront - I could pay on my return, after I was satisfied.
From my entire experience I realised that some agents can ruin a companies image but Umrah ventures is a god fearing company and yes I did have some issues to begin with but at the end of the matter, they took responsibility for their actions and apologised. I want to personally thank Umair Iqbal for refunding me out of his own pocket Jazakallah brother- May Allah swt reward you in abundance- umrah ventures is lucky to have you !

I had a very disappointing experience with Umrah Ventures. I purchased an Umrah package for two people in May 2025, but the services provided during the trip were far below what was promised.

The accommodation arranged for us was unsafe and substandard. There was no proper security such as a lock box, which caused significant distress during the stay. At one point our room was even given to another guest, creating further inconvenience. The room conditions were also unsanitary, with poor hygiene standards including dirty bedding and missing towels.

Additionally, I was pressured into paying extra money during the trip under circumstances that felt misleading and unfair. This was not something that had been clearly explained when we initially booked the package.

After returning, I attempted to contact the company multiple times to resolve the issue and request a refund for the additional costs and the poor standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response from them to this day.

I have since had to escalate the matter through Citizens Advice and Trading Standards due to the lack of communication which they still refuse to comply and are hiding. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a spiritual and peaceful journey.

I would strongly advise others to carefully research and consider their options before booking with this company.

We recently travelled to Umrah with Umrah Ventures Limited, and I honestly cannot thank our agent Khaled enough for the incredible service he provided.

From the very beginning of the process right until we returned home, Khaled was extremely helpful, professional, and always available whenever we had questions. Travelling for Umrah with family can sometimes feel overwhelming with all the arrangements involved, but Khaled made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He patiently guided us through every step, ensured everything was organised properly, and always responded quickly whenever we needed help or clarification.

Because of his support and attention to detail, our whole Umrah journey went very smoothly and we were able to focus on what truly matters during such a special trip.

I recently performed umrah. Accommodation of umrah venture is very good,everything was perfect except hotel's managemnet in makkah. I really thankful to umrah vanture,special appreciation for mr khalid he did his job very well,with his calm and kind behaviour.

Back in September 2025 I got in contact with Umrah Ventures Ltd to query Umrah Packages. My initial call was with Brother Rahman. Upon my first call with him I discussed my requirements very specifically and in detail. Brother Rahman took extreme care to understand and explain to me everything I should know.
Following almost a month of back and forth from my side changing dates, checking various flights passengers, hotels etc Alhamdullilah i finally came to a decision and confirmed my trip. Unlike most, I started my trip in Madinah and then Makkah. I was anxious being my first time whether I would have any problems with transit or hotel confirmation but brother Rahman kept on assuring me everything is booked and will be fine. Alhamdullilah all that was put to rest the minute I arrived in Madinah. I was given the name of the travel company and my booking reference and went straight to the counter which was so easy to find in the airport. Taken to my hotel, help with my luggage and checked in. The hotel in Madinah was a recommendation from Brother Rahman as I wanted to stay within 5 minutes walk of the Haram. And it was just that. I was initially unhappy with the room as it had a strange smell but this was quickly actioned and changed for me.
The ground transfer between airports and train stations was also extremely smooth. Pick up was always on time. Only thing I would recommend the travel company to ensure their staff can communicate a little bit of English as I do not speak Arabic nor Urdu. But google translate comes in handy!
Upon arriving in Makkah I stayed at The Address which my preferred hotel. Ofcourse this was amazing and easy access to the Haram either by foot through the back door which takes around 7 minutes or shuttle bus which is 24/7 to and from and takes less than 5 minutes.
All in all I can honestly say the company Umrah Ventures Ltd is great but my personal agent Brother Rahman was incredible. He has the most sabr I have ever seen and so committed to making sure my travel was comfortable. Even whilst away I was still commuting with him to the day I returned! There has not been any un answered questions. He will respond to all my queries within minutes and sorting out anything I required.
Another thing to mention just be mindful if you're traveling with a tourist visa as some airlines will not allow you to bring back zamzam water. We returned with Saudi Airlines and different staff members advised different things.
My experience with Umrah Ventures Ltd has been extremely pleasant Alhamdullilah and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to book with them especially directing them to Brother Rahman.
I would also like to publicily thank him for dealing with me for 5 months because I know it was not easy. May wallah reward you for your sabr and good heart.

this company is unreliable. dishonest and liars. they agreed the package and send all infos then change it prior of travelling either by refund or pay extra. we returned yesterday had à distressing time.🥲😢😢 we were told the hotel is 3/4 star ended in one star.
Be extra cautious future hajjis.

in my circumstance they told me they book Emar hotel in my package then when i approached the hotel while my stay in mecca, i investigated the matter to find out why the hotel cancelled my booking find out this company never made booking.

They showed me a fake paper with booking reference saying Emar cancelled it.

Accordingly, this company usually do this to customers to get more money at last minute in à dishonest way.
we had no choice at last minute to pay extra just to go umrah.
i will never book or recommend anyone to umrah ventures ltd
they cheated us and caused us inconvenience.

they booked us cheap , unhygienic and far away hotel from haram.
we got bugs and mosquitoes bite lack of sanitation

Also do not book with virgin Airlines as they will not allow you to bring zam zam water because of their new rules and regulations.
