Ultion Lock Anmeldelser

Great locks have had an attempt to break in the door but they just couldn't get in the locking system is just the best and hopefully in the future it stays that way and works like it should.
There is amazing customer service and I have no complaints could not rate that locking system on my front door any better well worth the money to protect my home.
Thank you ultinion

Ultion has made my door key and it has been lost so now there is a package with my name and address on with a key to my front door inside this is not acceptable my house is now left unsecure and ultion are avoiding resolving this matter i have sent emails and made phone calls they have no intention of resolving this issue and are refusing to replace my locks because i asked for a refund on the key they lost the staff are rude i was sent a email saying if i would of let dpd investigate i would of had my key by the end of the week this is them assuming dpds investigation finds my key and they said because i asked for a refund before the investigation was complete ultion will not replace my locks and keys to the door they said the key i ordered will be sent back to ultion and destroyed but again they dont even know the outcome of dpds investigation but it doesnt take a genius to work out if dpd cant deliver my key to me how can they return it to ultion and if there is an investigation into it they clearly dont know where the package is

Asked for a callback and spoke to their representative called Emily. She handled everything perfectly, made sure all of my needs were met and made it a very pleasant experience

Great service

We have recently had new composite doors fitted and the Ultion locks which come as part of the package, seem very impressive. Sturdy and from a security point of view, very reassuring.

We hope that they will provide us with many years service.

Didn’t send the correct number of keys ordered initially but this was quickly rectified.
Sturdy locking system.

Super easy and straight forward to order. Next day delivery at no extra cost was amazing.

Great quality locksxand Keys. Long guarantee.

Locking great and easy to register the keys

First of all registering was made very easy! Then when I requested and paid for 2 additional keys the delivery time was so fast. Unfortunately, and all my own fault, I input the wrong key codes. I rang as soon as I realised my mistake I rang to explain the problem. Tge lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and explained the course of action I should take, the result being full satisfaction.

Straight forward securing my new door lock important security on my house 👍

Very friendly helpful people

Efficient fitting and great product

Good service and good price

The whole key registration process was simple and easy to complete it makes you feel more safe and secure in your property.

Poor website, giving no details on how I can purchase the Ultion Bolt. When phoning your head office, reception pick up, but refuse to put you through to any sales person, will only allow them to call you back.

This is a sort of service and information you give when I haven't even purchased a product yet. I'm concerned about your after sales and general support.
