I bought an expensive card 12 mths ago. It went wrong after x2 weeks. Seller took it back, sent to Asus then back to me. It had the same fault but Jamie (seller) sorted it all out for me A to Z.

However recently it developed another fault. Again seller accepted it back and sent to Asus.

Reason for the 5 stats though is the wee extras he has done. Over and above what is required.

Great seller who knows his stuff and I will be back. This shop is exactly what you need and want when spending 100's of £.

I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Just what I needed and in a timely manner

At the moment good headsets are like gold dust or super overpriced. I found what I was looking for and at a normal market price rather than over inflated so prior to placing my order I asked if the item was in stock. I had an experience with another company I had ordered an item "in stock" only to chase it up and find it was out of stock until the end of June. I received a response within 12 hours, this being that it was so I placed my order and the following day had confirmation the order was being dispatched. Item was with me by the weekend & does everything I needed from it. Definitely a company I would use or recommend

Ordered a new webcam, still waiting for it to be delivered. Review request arrived before webcam has got here.

Great customer service and came faster than I was expecting. Great company.

I purchased software at a discounted price relative to buying direct from the software producer. The software download was sent within 3 hours but was put into my spam folder. It took a couple of days to get through to someone to resolve the issue.

If the website had said "Check your spam folder" I would probably be giving the 5 stars

I thought the website was a scam, the websites appearance looks dodgy but i gave it a shot and my package came in 5 working days really impressed with the efficiency.

Item was as described, slightly cheaper than direct from logitech, and came quickly.

Ordered from UKTechStore because they were the cheapest, postage took a while longer than usual because of the current pandemic but James kept me up to date every time I emailed them.
Good customer service and I look forward to purchasing from them again.

It is an amazing place. whilst in quarantine my mouse broke so I ordered a Logitech g502 thinking it would be weeks notoriety it to come because of the delay on postage but it came after a week great service

Product I bought was the logitech g600 gaming mouse. Packaging was well protecting the products, no damage or concern at all.
Considering the current situation around the world my delivery came within 5 days which was fine for me as I expected longer delays.
First time using this company to buy and product but cant fault them. They have all the information on the website to make the right decision for you.
100% recommend using them.
