Why have you not verified your details on Trust Pilot?

This was my first time using UKtechstore and I can honestly say that the service from query to arrival of my purchase was first class and a well deserved 5 star with recommendation and happy with my Otterbox Commuter case for my iPhone 7 Plus.

Appreciated how Jamie T kept in contact with the emails and my purchase arrived even earlier than I expected, even the fact it was done on the weekend.

Very good and faster customer service, fast delivery, Jamie T was very nice he email me the to say that due to the bank holiday would only ship the product on Monday or Tuesday, many companies don't send an email to say this, the product arrived today and is excellent, affordable prices

When the item arrived, it was packaged in a battered box and was seemingly missing some packaging which made me think I received a second hand / reconditioned item.

Also, I never received an email confirmation receipt - the email requesting feedback was the first correspondence I received.

Only a 4 as the first controller I received was faulty. But a replacement was sent out super fast, return postage costs reimburst the same day. Excellent customer service kept me completely updated, can't fault the company at all.

Pretty good but not perfect. Problems with catching up with details for download, but helpful once those were resolved.

I dealt with Jamie T who gave me first class service. I wanted Malware Premium virus protection. Showed out of stock but Jamie found one and then processed it for me. I have dealt with him before and he has always been top rate. This is a good company to do business with and has competitive prices. Transactions are quick. I did it all on line.

I could't see a link on the website to download the software after making the payment. Normally, there is always a link for immediate download so there is no waiting and worry period. Fortunately, I got a reply within a day or two so I could make the download.
