User for one year. No major issues. Some small problems needed solution. The support was immediate and spot on. Recommended.

We have used the Barcode Plugin for WP for years. We had loads of great help post purchase, because we were using it a bit different than the ordinary customer (I think). Dmitry and Team were very helpful and went over and beyond what we could hope for. A couple of years ago, we changed our setup and did not use the plugin anymore - and I totally forgot about it. Until the subscription was renewed (only because the money was withdrawn from our account).

I wrote UkrSolution about a cancellation, which was replied to very fast. With fingers crossed, I asked for the option for a refund - knowing that they did not have to do that. But they did. So even after ending the subscription, their customer service is brilliant.

10/10 would purchase from them again.

Sent an email about a plugin which stopped working, got a reply with the latest plugin as attachment. Thats how good customer service works! Recommended!

Our company uses the Barcode Scanner plugin for our WooCommerce website. It was incredibly easy to install and set up.

We had a question about visibility of seeing who fulfilled partial orders as that was something not visible until entire order was picked.

Dmitry was able to update the plugin quickly to now see who picked items if the order was partially fulfilled!

Purchased this product a year ago, needed support and hey got back to me right away, my client wanted additions that the product wasn't designed for and support gave me suggestions on how to code to get a specialized function working, and I'm good, Hreat people wok here.

We use Barcode Scanner with Inventory Manager for our macramé cord shop. Had an issue with our external barcode gun not working in the app — reported it and got a reply from Julia with an updated plugin version the same day. Updated, tested, problem solved. Excellent service and development.
Since I first bought the barcode generator, it has been developed in relevant ways. But I had problems with my third part printer. But Natalia took time to help me configure printersettings and configure printer on remote acces, and managed to get perfect barcode prints for my labels. My very best recommendations
