Cheepest sunflower hearts on line! no hassle. Everything went as planned, even the delivery man got the hiding place right first time ever! Brilliant

Purchased goods but when delivered half of the goods were damaged, then was told no more in stock and settled with a part refund for the damaged ones.

Just received my second order from ukpetsupplies.com and will use again.

Excellent product and even better customer service, bent over backwards to ensure my item was delivered in time.

Excellent service, goods as described, good value for money, my bunnies and piglets loved their goodies!!

Wafcol is really great for my 3 year old yellow lab, Louis. He was diagnosed with IBD 2 years ago and the vet recommended Wafcol Salmon and Potato. Since then he has never looked back and is fit and well. I am also very impressed indeed with the speed of the delivery - really great. Thank you UKPetSupplies.

Ive used UK Pet Supplies more than once and have never been disapointed. By far the cheapest store online for the Aquarium items i need and very efficient delivery. Ill definetly be back.

My only comment is that it had taken me a while to find what I wanted because most of the items on display were the new ones. My cats drinking fountain is the old version but the delivery was excellent, I received the order before the stated date.

I really think you should try this company. The service was fantastic. We could check the status of our order but we didn't really need to. The goods arrived exactly when they said they would. Superb service from both company & carrier

I have used this company several times and will continue to use them in the future. The products are well packed and prompty delivered and there are a huuuuge choice of brands, including habitrail which is a favourite of mine! Love love it!

Your pricing is very keen and I look forward to you carrying a greater range of products. In addition, a problem that I experience with a purchase once was resolved satisfactorily by your staff who demonstrated exceptional customer focus.

I've used UKpetsupplies countless times now and each time they have been fantastic to deal with.

Communication is great and they let you know if something won't be in stock for a while. Shipping is super fast and the value is really good.

My hamster is very happy with her things from UKpetsupplies and I'm definitely a returning customer.

Always have what I need and deliver when they say.

I regularly go to this company when my local pet shop doesn't stock what I want. I've only ever had one problem with themand it was sorted out so well that it made me more inclined to use them in future instead of less!
