Would use again very swift in refunding return no questions asked

A helpful outfit when ordering stuff for my indulged cat. I spoke to someone a couple of years ago who was so helpful to a computer novice like me. Makes shopping a joy!

I've ordered many times from you guys and I plan to continue buying supplies for my 5 crazy chewing rats for a long time yet! Every order has arrived on time and with everything I've asked for. Prices are great too! Keep up the good work!

Great service, fast delivery, products are cheaper than other stores, will do business again

Very easy online ordering service.
When I needed to make some additions to my order, ukpetsupplies contacted me asap, gave me all the information i required and were very helpful in giving me several options so i could chose the one that suited me.
Overall excellent customer satisfaction

I bought rotasak cage ,which is great and i had no problems putting together and the service i got from uk pet supplies was great too.

Excellent for price and service. I ordered a Terrapin light for an aquatic tank - it arrived prompt and early within three days, by recorded delivery. The light itself was packaged in a large, hard cardboard tube, and secured in bubble-wrap. The device works perfectly.

Excellant shopping service, very quick delivery, would definately buy from them again.

brilliant! I will definitely use again.

cant believe the prices....i will be using UK petsupplies all the time from now on,only a fraction of what i pay in the shops & fast delivery..very impressed. 10/10

I received my order promptly, and had to return one item which did not suit. I received an e-mail to tell me my return had been received and a refund would be made promptly. It was, what more can you ask for.

I got my items in perfect working order and verry fast deliver.
Recommended company

Was a bit sceptical about ordering from an on-line pet store at first but gave it a go anyway. My order was delivered really quickly and when I sent something back, they refunded me straight away. Would definitely use this company again

Fantastic company, couldn't of been treated any better. Very quick returning my call phone call, with regard to a query I had. The staff we're extremely helpful., and put themselves out to help. Order was delivered as soon as it came in stock, and what's more, it was £20 cheaper than the vets where we used to get it from. Would strongly recomend

I dealt with Clare in UKPet supplies and found the service to be extremely helpful and professional. The product I purchased was really good value and was delivered when promised. Claire kept in touch throughout the whole process to ensure I was kept in the loop as I was ordering from Ireland. Altogether a very positive experience which other online sellers could take lessons from.
Thanks

Very helpful customer service when phoned; very quick delivery. Would definitely use again.
