Swift delivery, well packed. Bath tap handles both facing to left instead of one each way, but fortunately installer was able to alter that.

Adam at UK Bathroom Warehouse went all out in finding me taps,sinks, shower trays, radiators etc. at fantastic prices. Most items were in stock and arrived swiftly. Even when the warehouse sent the wrong colour shower tray the error was quickly rectified and the correct one arrived immediately. Communication was excellent. And when Adam wasn't available Kasia dealt efficiently with all of my queries. The quality of all the goods I received was of a very high standard. I would highly recommend UK Bathroom Warehouse as the service they provided was outstanding.

I purchased a Celeste vanity unit and basin with very prompt despatch and delivery. The basin subsequently developed a hairline crack after it had been installed. The Sales Manager, Aidan Rowe couldn't have done more to help resolve the issue. He contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and although I subsequently went on to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer (Crosswater) Aidan continued to offer help and support if required. Companies often claim to deliver outstanding customer service but don't always deliver what they promise. I cannot fault UK Bathroom Warehouse - brilliant service.

I've ordered a Crosswater product with the guys. The product got shipped directly from Crosswater, but one of the cartridges and the handles got damaged in transit. As I had already had my plumber doing the install (£270!), I had no option to return the whole product. So we decided to install the product as is and then replace the cartridge and the handle. That's where Alex and his team at UK Bathroom Warehouse shined. Despite Crosswater initially trying to wriggle out of sorting the situation out due to the fact that the unit was installed, Alex and his team relentlessly followed up with Crosswater and updated me regularly until the damaged parts arrived in my mailbox and were successfully installed. The guys are very professional and customer-focused - I'll definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks, guys!
