Excellant service. I was able to speak to someone straight away who acted upon my problem immediately. They were very polite and efficient. I was guided through what would take place regarding fixing the problem which was done very quickly and followed up with a phone call. I cannot fault the service I received.

I had an Internet access problem this morning (I gather there have been problems over a wide region). Many thanks to Rebecca who quickly & efficiently guided me through the process of re-establishing function.

Rebecca made a note of my problem, and reported what the problem was (and when it should be rectified).
She then phoned back to check that everything was working once more.

I had a problem upgrading but the girls at Uk Wholesale were brilliant at sorting it out. VERY patient and just worked through the problems.

Best Support team ever. Rebecca and manager Vicky have been outstanding in resolving the issues at the earliest.

I have been with wholesale direct for many years now one of the reasons I stay with them is the excellent customer service. Any problems they resolve very quickly and the staff are so lovely to deal with.

It came as a surprise to me that it was going to take another 5 days for my phone number to be ported across from Kinex to UK Wholesale.
Once I recognised that, UKW were as good as one hoped. They told me how to have my number diverted to my temporary number and then Becky called today to make sure that my original number had been ported.
It happened as one hoped.
I now have full internet and phone service with UKW.

We've been a customer many years now - and received great customer service this week, as always.
