Missing item, no customer support whatsoever
My item has not arrived and the tracking number provide is not recognised by the carrier. I also found it quite difficult to contact you. the email address doesn't work. I have also messaged via their website, twice now and still no reply.......customer service is terrible and it's such a shame because the product is good

We want to clarify that our cut-off time for next day delivery is 3 pm, and orders placed after this time are dispatched on the following working day. As your order was placed at 5 pm on Thursday, it was dispatched on Friday with DPD Local's next day service. As this service covers working days only, the parcel was not scheduled for Saturday delivery. Your package was delivered on Monday, which is consistent with our delivery policy.

Great product... excellent delivery service, n some really good discounts and promotions... I saved 30 quid this time, and a 20% discount more than once... Only ever had one issue with delivery, and as soon as I made the lovely lady in shop aware, she fixed it and threw in a free tub of edibles for my trouble...
