1985 called and they want their customer service back! Wow! I didn't think in this day and age we still have such atrocious / non existent service by reputable companies. I should have read these reviews first but thought the UFC would at least be reachable! It got very close to claminig this as fraud but I finally got through to a human after trying to call over 20 times. Ultimately they told me they couldn't send my order and refunded me, despite them saying it shipped 2 weeks earlier but I had my bank on standby ready to dispute them. Oh and if you send emails they bounce back saying the mailbox is full! Got my item on Amazon now. Steer CLEAR!

Completely disappointed in the UFC. I have two products that I paid for not show up in my order. I have been trying to contact them for over two months about both of my products not showing up in my package. I have had no response only auto emails from them telling me they received my email. There is no phone support and to be honest I don't think there is any online support. I have seen none. When you try and live chat it just tells you to contact them during business hours even when you are contacting them during business hours. These aren't cheap products either. The combined price of each product is $289. This is very upsetting they need to have some sort of support team to fix these types of issues.

It’s so unfortunate that a company can take your money but don’t send the merchandise. There is no one on the call line and a generic email response. I understand delays but this goes beyond. Do not order from this company.

1 arrived
Will not respond have sent over 8 complaints
Had to pay additional duty of 28 euros
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with
I still have not received my goods - its going to be 4 months despite a 15 day delivery claim

- Plus de 15 jours pour recevoir un article en stock qui arrive de Londres
- Pas de nouvelles du suivi
- Une réduction devait être appliquée, mais au moment de renseigner le code promo, pas valable évidemment.
- Petite surprise, qui certes est précisée dans les CGV mais encore faut-il y aller, 34€ de frais de douane à l'arrivée pour un T-shirt à 130€ et quasiment 10€ de frais de port

If I could score 0 I would. Order placed 3rd December, ‘dispatched’ on 5th yet the courier is still yet to receive it. Rang last 3 days and been fobbed off by their customer service saying they need to escalate it to their warehouse. Emails are being ignored as well. This was a present for my son for Christmas. I’m now a present down with 3 shopping days to go

This company is shocking I placed an order in 3rd December not one preppy back from them still haven’t received my parcel which it’s gift now I’m not sure if I’ll get it on time I’ve emailed 3 times rang twice get same old rubbish they have to contact the wearhouse so why haven’t they won’t be buying from this company also customer service is dreadful

If I could give it an even less stars I would. I ordered 2 of the hoodies in size l, a white hoodie and a black hoodie. The operator sent my items express, it took 5 days to get to me, it would have still been in time for the birthday gift to be given. I opened the package and the white hoodie was stained with something reddish near the zipper. The black hoodie was sent in med. I sent numerous emails, opened a ticket, and even called. The ufc store sent me spam emails asking if i had any more questions about my issues, nothing was actually ever sent or resolved. This store is a joke, and you pay loads of money. Its cheaper on the venom website.

Made an order for some t-shirt with the discount of 50%.
After the payment nothing from then, no shirts, no mail nada.
Then i contacted them what is going on and after a few days the cancelled the order, due to lack of stock.
Then i checked the site and no lack of stock, unbelievable.

I order before for full price and then i got the shirt.
If there is discount they f... the buyer with bs answers.

Ordered 2 Tee shirts and a long sleeve shirt ahead of Geathje/Oliveira fight.
Got the tee shirts 2 weeks after ordering.
No long sleeve tee shirt!
Contacted them but no reply.
£105 for 2 Tee shirts!!

Shipment is taking a month and they have not responded to three emails..

Been waiting over a month for the second half of my order. No reply from the first email i sent, Had to follow up with a second. Poor service

Worst customer care ever experienced. Bought two t-shirts and they did not fit as expected, emailed and asked about returning for a different size, they responded instantly saying I couldn’t exchange but I could return for refund and order the right size, if I wanted to do this to let them know. I emailed back in around 3 minutes from their email and they never responded. I have now sent 15 emails in the last 20 days without one reply from Kamila. I have tried to phone but apparently they are always helping other customers until the queue hits 10 minutes then you are automatically disconnected!!! £75 for two t-shirts that dont fit. Never buy from this company again.

Do not order. Made an order for 3 t shirts, they were all in stock on the website. 2 weeks go by without any correspondence. Sent an email asking when I can expect delivery? Got a message back 3 days later saying thanks for contacting this will be escalated to the dispatch team. Another week goes by still nothing. Have asked for a refund today and will not be using them ever again. Also called the number several times given on the website and it doesn't even connect.

Some really good stuff, some ok designs. decent prices for the most part. Only four stars for limited range to choose from.

Do not order from this website they take your money don't send goods don't answer emails it's time Dana White took the license off these jokers, it is actually better to buy from USA. Worse company i've ever dealt with. What more is there to know? Pay the extra ship from USA.

These are bunch o thieves. I lost hope of getting back either the products or money . Stay away.

Avoid them at all costs. I ordered a hoodie for my nephews birthday 2 weeks ago. I've been in contact with customer service numerous times who told me they were running late but it will be sorted soon. I had to contact again on Friday and I was told the hoodie was being sent out. The following Tuesday it still hadn't been dispatched. I contacted them again to explain it hasn't been dispatched to which I got a response saying it takes 3 to 7 days and I replied I ordered it over 14 days ago. I then get a reply telling me that due to lack of stock they are unable to send the order. I was told I can wait for a restock but they have no idea when that is. It was ordered as a birthday present which it was already late for, now it looks like I haven't even ordered it

I’ve ordered a few t shirts from the UFC store about a month ago. I’ve yet to receive a tracking number or any correspondence about my order. I’ve emailed the help address multiple times and not once has anyone responded. The cost of the order was around $80 and keep in mind this was for two t shirts. So not only are their prices outrageous, but they also suck at sending orders and responding to customer questions/complaints. I’ve read multiple negative reviews with the same exact issue from people all over the world. We as fans try to support the fighters and the sport and the UFC ruins it all for everyone. DO NOT order from this thieves
