GOAT Customer service
Customer service is super reactive and helpful! Website maker is decent, even the free version, if you can work your way around some limitations. The big plus is the customer service though: they always reply fast and in detail! Highly recommend.

BEST ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM
I designed like a million websites before I actually published 2 Today. I have been using Ucraft since almost 2 years and I say this "BEST ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT TEAM EVER". I came across few better options than Ucraft but Ucraft's Customer service is to good to let it go.

First I would like to say, I absolutely love Ucraft. I do not have any experience in web design, but with Ucraft having the perfect template and easy drag and drop, I feel like an expert web designer. I ran into an issue. I did not know how to delete the template display on the URL, after connecting my domain. Well, I contacted Ucraft after hours and Vartan got back to me in a timely manner and resolved my issue. He told e exactly where to go and what to do. Highly Recommend! Thanks, Ucraft

Fastest customer service by LIVE PEOPLE
The customer service here is by far the BEST and the FASTEST. While the other company I've been using takes days to respond to my paid account, Ucraft responds immediately even on free accounts. Some of the site building is not as intuitive as other places, but once you get the hang of it it is much easier and quicker to build and make adjustments. I've been experimenting with numerous new companies, and will be moving my websites here to Ucraft.

Easy to use, friendly staff
Easy to use, whenever I have been stuck on something, staff have been every helpful and very easy to solve my problems. Extremely friendly and quick at responding back. Would 100% recommend using this site builder. I love how there are pre made template where you can adjust and they look very professional :)!

The greatest logo maker
I have been on other logo makers, and they never had what I needed, but the ucraft logo maker has been a blessing to me, it has everything I need, and it allows me to edit my logo so I can show my creativity.

Free version restricted but totally usable
I chose Ucraft because it was the only free builder I could find that let me attach to my custom domain [myname].com instead of [myname].ucraft.com. It still has an annoying sticker at the bottom but it's inexpensive to get rid of. Building the website is very intuitive, though I can't tweak it as specifically as I want, but that's an artist thing.
The live chat button to talk to a live agent works perfectly, and they are on often enough the wait time is not very long. They give you options to achieve what you're trying to do with the free version, when possible, and talk about plan options without being pushy, and only in order to fulfil your needs. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I am completely blown away by the level of support they offer for free users! I am yet to come across a business that can match Ucraft in this space.
Just because how they helped me get my website up and running (and yes, I am a free user), I am considering moving to a paid membership for the SEO and other stuffs.
