customer support is excellent
I just wanted to write a review to say their customer support is excellent. Although I'm on a very low subscription tier, they put in a lot of effort to help me, and they are very hands-on at solving problems.

Excellent customer service and user experience
Firstly, the user experience is intuitive, everything is clear and concise from the get go. It's fun to experiment with their free templates.
I did experience a few glitches at times, say, when website's elements were missing from the actual webpage, so I contacted their customer service, and their technical team were swift to remedy the situation.
Their user friendliness and helpful staff give me a lot of confidence to remain loyal with UCRAFT; it has been at least 5 years now.

The Human Touch
In the end any minor problems with features or UX can easily be corrected if you have quick access to a human being who is clearly on your side. Managed to rebuild my organizations website in a very short period of time with Ucraft's easy to use tools. It takes a little to understand how everything works and I was rushing so didn't take the time to watch all the tutorials, but whenever I got stuck their support chat was able to help me out quickly, efficiently and kindly. Maintenance not communicated leading to downtime
They do maintenance and upgrade, causing downtime without notifying you so you may send an email to your customer base... and your website is down unless you monitor manually. I asked many times to receive notifications.... but they don't care.

The current case was urgent local maintenance which was not expected and caused by a third-party service provider.

Excellent customer service
The customer service is excellent. The website can do most things you want from it. And once you spend a little bit of time trying to understand how this drag and drop works (it's not that obvious) - Ucraft does most everything for you.
What I think they should change is to make drag and drop more accessible - more like it is done in Canva. Where you have no limitations of how to get objects to be aligned with each other well - without spending too much time trying to figure that out.
Their customer service is definitely making up for the shortcomings of the app itself :)
I generally recommend. Much better than some of the competitors that I've tested.

Helpful, Ucraft are honestly the best, I was previously using Shopify and I moved to Ucraft, Shopify doesn't help customers like myself, but Ucraft do! They are extremely patient and helpful. i highly recommend it.

Best service ever
After trying out many companies, the live help from customer service (shoutout to Mel, Vartan, Laurie) at Ucraft made my mind up to go with them. I've had one site with them for 6 months and couldn't be happier. When my contract is over with my old company I am transferring all my sites to Ucraft. Thanks for the great service!!!

Hands down best template site !!!
Being a freelance artist I've used a number of different websites with nice templates BUT none of them compare to the customer service like Ucraft. I've gotten so much help and with all the custom options you have at your fingertips makes you feel like pro web developer. Their simple integrated design to build almost everything and to be able to put in your own HTML codes really has endless options. Don't sleep on it .. check Ucraft.com out.

Had an issue and they were on it right…
Had an issue and they were on it right away despite the chat box saying they would be offline until the next morning.
Turns out the issue was me but they isolated it and had me questions answered in no time.
Been nothing but good experiences so far.
