Ucraft has been so affordable, easy to use, and accessible. The site reminds me of some of the first and most helpful website building companies from the early 2000's. While the technology seems like it is not completely fleshed out, and some rare glitches occur from time to time, the customer response and customer service team is swift to reply and help out with anything. The company also has a very complete self-service center that allows you to see if you can fix or change things the way you want them all yourself. Excellent job, ucraft. I hope to be a long-time customer.

Create a website just for them without any explanation block your account access with all the time you spend on, all the information you fill in, and create text so you can start all over. BRAVO, your perfect site cost me just 2 days of my precious time.

I am a photographer. I create a portfolio with glamour photos but VERY DECENT nothing to block my entire account without the possibility of copying my data from there or just changing two photos where nipple is visible!!

I need to sell using a third party link and your site does not have that capability.

Amazing customer service, Easy to make a logo for my business and excellent staff!

I wanted to make a logo for my business that was short, sweet and simple, Ucraft did just that. When I went to the customer service to say how thankful I was, the bot was amazing, so helpful, yet not to Bot like, if you know what I mean, then I asked to speak to a human and this lovely, kind, charming man came on called "Bedros"! We talked a bit then we started to send gifs to each other, overall, I think Bedros should get a pay rise! Thank you so much Ucraft bot, Bedors especially, and Ucraft in general for making a Loving, Easy, Helpful, Free, Funny, No Hastle website for me, and everyone else in this world to enjoy!

Overall this is a very nice product, with big value. Crafting the website process was a bit stressful, not everything is intuitive I would like a bit more freedom in the building process.

And I will need to contact the support team, for help with payment method setup.

Customer service on POINT. Loved the quick responses and the attachment feature so I can clearly show what's going on on my end and the representative can send me step-by-step guides on their end too. Great interface that is perfect for beginners.

Bedros assisted me in solving a couple of problems I was having with my newly-created website on Ucraft. Unfortunately, while he was unable to deliver EVERYTHING that I needed, he was very helpful in what he was able to offer which got me on the right track. Ucraft definitely needs to hang on to him as an employee because Bedros knows his stuff!

I love the templates and customer service have been A-1. Quick replies and detail directions. Will recommend U-Craft to anyone that wants to create a unique site different from Godaddy or Wix.

Super helpful to deal with, Bedros especially has always solved any queries I have & went out of his way to help me, I have 4 sites with Ucraft for different clients.

Very very very glitchy. I had a paid ecommerce store there for over a year, but the constant hang up include a permanent feedback tab placed along the scroll bar and their chat box expands with no means to retract it so you cannot access your site. They could not fix the problem on their end which made the service inaccessible and useless. If they care to fix issues like these, I would consider going back.

I managed to use Ucraft to create my company's website and it was super easy, even for an old geezer like me. And the great thing was, anytime I had challenges or needed help, I just used the chat box and there was always someone on hand to help within minutes. Thanks so much guys!!
