Just wanted general household items from my parents sent to USA. They were in contact with my parents, gave them all the details on the box size, weight limit, what things can go or not go. Picked up from their house and was delivered to me in 15-20 days. Their price was really competitive and the service was above and beyond for what I paid.

I wanted to send a parcel to Europe cost of 10 TSD Rs.
The initial booking went fine on the website, but each time someone contacted me on my mobile (4 different numbers) to inform me that the parcel would be collected on the day as scheduled. But none of them were available or showed any commitment to what they were doing.

I have had great experience with FedEx, UPS and DHL both business wise and private and have had ups and downs with them. But this is the worst courier I have encountered. The Customer Service is absolutely terrible, the time taken to respond is not apparent.

I would prefer to stay with the other courier companies.

I had to send a small packet to Mauritius and was quite taken aback with the prevailing courier rates in the market from leading couriers.
