Cannot fault!
Water tank leaked, called handy pro and left a message, Ryan was really prompt at responding, helpful and honest. Refreshing to get an objective opinion. Fixed quickly and efficiently. Trustworthy guys would highly recomend.

I am still waiting for the plumber that was meant to turn up yesterday. I have rang the office 6 times now and was told each time someone would call me back. Nothing!

I have used Ryan on a few occasions…
I have used Ryan on a few occasions before and I knew I could rely on him to help me with an emergency megaflo failure last week. I can’t recommend him enough! Very polite, knows his craft and always finishes the job!

5 stars for the plumber (Ryan) and the ease of booking and level of service.I would recommend to anyone. Easy to book, bookable slots. easy to pay.
Lost a star because I had sent a query about whether I needed to buy a part myself and got no reply all day, so send another one. On phoning at end of day (night before job) was told "your emails didnt arrive". Suggest they improve email response.

second time far from good
Second time I have used. Friendly and seemingly helpful, but the quote to replace a shower trap was silly money for what was a less than half an hour job. They also never replied to my email querying the quote.

I needed a repair asap and was able to get one within 2 hours! This has been by far the easiest and most satisfying experience I had with a plumber and appreciate the polite courtesy that similar services rarely provide these days.

Glenn was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to explain what he was doing as well as give tips for how to maintain boiler.

Efficient, professional and friendly service
As always Glenn is friendly, helpful and informative. He took time to explain the problems with my boiler and check my radiators and other wear and tear using the remaining of his call out time. The appointment booking system was straightforward and done easily online. I highly recommend Glenn and Uber Plumbers.
