Dave was spectacular! Professional, very friendly and hugely helpful. Highly recommend and will use again.

I needed a van for hire to travel to France for a family holiday so I shopped around many many van hire companies to find the van I needed at a good price. Most companies didn’t even have the type of van I required or the price was too high. I then came across this company u-drive in Cardiff they had the van I wanted and the price was the best I could find so I booked the van happily. 10 days before we had to pick up the van we released we needed a crit air certificate and you need 2 weeks to allow so I was panicking I called u Drive and was asked to pop in so they could help sort this out for me I dealt with Dave and Andy who were more than happy to help and they managed to get it all sorted for me top guys. On the day of collecting the van i dealt with another very helpful gentleman I think his name was Jason he sorted the van all ready for us his customer service was excellent just like Dave and Andy. Thanks u drive Cardiff absolutely fantastic customer service great prices all round great company. Would recommend this hire company to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hired a van from the Cardiff Depot rover way, the whole process went extremely well. It took less than 10 minutes to process the hiring, and less than 10 minutes to process the return. My deposit was returned straight away upong checking everything ok and the van returned safely.
The staff at the depot were extremely cheerful, helpful and professionals, thank you for making the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend U-Drive and use their services again.

U-Drive Cardiff were excellent again. Member of staff was extremely helpful at booking finding the vehicle that suited us the best and booking the hire. As always collection was quick and simple process. We hired a 6 seater Ford Transit Custom for a week's holiday. Van was in excellent condition and top of the range. Return of the van was equally simple and straightforward. Thanks U-Drive and I look forward to our next hire with you.

The exact drop-off was a struggle to meet friend who booked misunderstood although 24hr drop off, friends proposed dropp-off was an exact.

The boys at Cardiff branch were great. Explained everything in detail and showed around the van. Van was clean and had plenty of fuel. Return was made very easy aswell. Definitely come back again!

Hired a 9 seater to transport two families to Germany to take part in a triathlon event. So we needed the space and comfort to take bikes and keep the kids happy. The staff at the Cardiff office were super helpful. Having never heard of U-Drive before I was initially nervous of booking . But I had absolutely no reason to have been worried. Prompt responses to all communication. All European requirements taken care of and the little bus was a dream to drive. Clean and in great working order. Will definitely use again for our next adventure

Our hire experience in Cardiff was great, with a special SO to David. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient.
The booking system was easy, and getting the vehicle on the day was an efficient and professional process. We hired a 17-seater which was very nice to drive and fuel efficient. We transport our fastpitch team from Cardiff to Beaconsfield and this vehicle was the perfect size for our team.
The return was also easy, so thank you for a stress-free experience!

I’ve been hiring vans from your Cardiff branch and I always seem to get served by a lovely guy called Dylan, he’s very professional and always impeccably dressed. He has great front of house service and he goes through the paperwork explaining the damage when inspecting the van before it goes out. Never had a problem with U-Drive Cardiff, more companies need people like Dylan Panting and the rest of the staff

Great company for renting a small car or a small van, I used both options to move to a new house and just for day trips or picking up friends from airport.

Easy to book and cheapest place to rent. Deposit as well, well worth it as most case scenarios you'll get your money back unless you have damaged in a way that needs to be taken off the deposit. For me until now I had no issues with that.
Dylan and I'm not sure the other guys name didn't ask he has a long beard that is usually on braids. Both really helpful and explain everything needed.

I have been back for renting and will be back for more. Definitely recommend them.

I hired a tail lift for a day and a short wheel base van for 3 consecutive days from Cardiff U Drive.

Both member of staffs - Dave and Dylan were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them both.

Second time we've used U Drive Cardiff - really happy with everything. All the check in details were completed in a couple of minutes remotely (they called me to sort...) and we were in and out with the van within ten minutes on the day of the hire.

The van was new-ish, bit scruffy around the edges but it did the job brilliantly - never a problem with it.

Returning the vehicle was as easy - quick check over and we were gone. My fault, hadn't checked the side door pockets properly but had a call from Dylan later the same day to tell me they'd found a couple of bits. Off in a minute to collect.

Also had a small error on the invoice - I emailed them on noticing and within ten minutes, had confirmation that a refund would be issued.

To add to that, really friendly service from all the guys we dealt with.
