First time buyer and already a repeat customer
First time I ordered I bought a serum and glow drops to see what the hype was about. I researched a couple of brands and finally chose Typology. Previously I had used Primally Pure. I loved it so much I bought lip oil, oil cleanser, and tinted serum and will continue to buy Typology plus try new products from the company. I haven’t worn any tinted products in years and love the natural look/feel of Typology.

All of the products have arrived very quickly, within a week on the East Coast of the United States. I love the packaging, beautiful and very protective.
I have overall gone with Typlogy because there is less junk in the makeup and serums. This is the first time in a long time. I am wearing makeup without having my skin burn. I will reaply during the day because the makeup wears off, but no irritated skin, so amazing.

J’aime beaucoup les produits proposés.
Pour ma part je n’ai fait aucune réaction à l’un d’eux. À la fois des soins, des sérums, maquillage … 7 produits commandés pour le moment. Onéreux peut-être pour certains j’en conviens, mais l’idée de me mettre du quasi « clean » sur la peau m’incite à investir et faire un choix plus judicieux. Moins mais mieux.
Emballés soigneusement. Pour l’instant je n’ai pas eu de pb particulier donc je ne pourrais pas parler du SAV.

Rien d’autre que typology sur ma peau. Cela fait 1an que je suis cliente et je suis tellement contente du résultat. Que ce soit la crème de jour, les sérums, le gommage cheveux ou l’auto bronzant. Tout est parfait.
La livraison mets un peu de temps pour arriver mais quand on est avisées on sait qu’on commande avant que les réserves ne soit terminées. Meme le service clientèle, réponse dans les 2h! Impatiente de voir ce que la marque sœur « sujet » va nous apporter en nouvelles fragrances. Encore merci à toute l’équipe Typology.

I am 67 yo. I ordered the 10 mini's to just try a few products before a big investment. The products arrived quickly, and even came with a complimentary cosmetic bag.
The products are packaged nicely with an insert describing each one's purpose. My only complaint and loss of a star is because i I wanted to "chat" with someone to learn which order i should use the products. I know to go lighter to heavier( viscosity) but couldn't really get anyone to answer this question. Also, does each product need to" dry" on your skin before the next product is applied? Just basic questions- thank you.

I ordered the lightest shade of the skin tint and when i tried it , i was orange. In what world people that are a very fair complexion are warm . I’m very disappointed with the false color , because online it looked like the lightest shade , please make your make up inclusive and not one undertone for every shade

Hab das Anti- Schuppen Shampoo ausprobiert und bin echt begeistert. Für meine Haare und meine Kopfhaut ist es super. Es könnte für Leute die gerne mehr Volumen haben etwas schwer sein. Für mein eher struppiges Haar ist es perfekt, da es durch die etwas beschwerende Wirkung den Fizz legt.

Ce sont des escrocs qui arnaquent leurs clients avec des crèmes de M**** trop grasses qui s'effritent sur la peau. Lorsque vous contactez le service client ils vous disent que vous ne savez pas étaler la crème car vous rembourser 40 euros serait contraire à leur objectif d'arnaque à grande échelle

They Don’t Stand Behind Their Recommendations- Buyer Beware
This company lacks integrity. I took their online quiz, followed their recommendation, and purchased the facial oil they suggested. Unfortunately, it was not right for my skin and left me even more oily. When I tried to return it, they refused to accept the product back and only offered 50% store credit toward a future purchase. They kept my money and took no responsibility for a product they recommended. Very disappointing customer service and an awful way to treat customers.

Les produits Typology et descriptifs…
Les produits Typology et descriptifs font envie, l'emballage et les échantillons sont hyper soignés, et l'envoi rapide.
Mais je trouve que tous les produits ne se valent pas et les prix ne sont pas toujours justifiés...
Pour ma part, le fluide teinté est top, au même titre que le gommage cuir chevelu. Le baume teinté est sympa même s'il ne tient pas beaucoup.
En revanche, gros bémol sur la crème Ridules SPF 30, que je trouvais pourtant bien les premières semaines ; je pense qu'elle a tourné et sent... les pieds (si si) ! C'est d'ailleurs fort dommage de ne pas pouvoir laisser d'évaluation quand on le souhaite sur le site.
Gros hic également sur l'après-shampoing "fortifiant", aucun effet pour moi et packaging à revoir absolument car impossible de sortir le produit normalement.

Herzensempfehlung
Ich würde Typology aus Herzen jedem weiterempfehlen! Die Produkte sind sehr hochwertig verpackt in Braungläsern also gut lichtgeschützt und frei von Plastikpartikeln die im Produkt landen können. Mal abgesehen davon, das die Produkte natürliche Inhaltsstoffe beinhalten, sind sie auch in sehr hoher Qualität und fühlen sich auch auf der Haut sehr leicht und atmungsaktiv an ohne zu beschweren.
Einzig das Augenserum L33 ist etwas behutsamer zu verwenden, da es eine leichte Schicht bildet, die schnell mal sichtbar zu bröseln anfängt. Aber meine Augenringe verbessern sich durch das Serum, daher wird es dennoch gerne genutzt von mir!
Auch bei einer Lieferung von inzwischen bereits dreien, hatte ich leider nur eine leere Hülle eines kleinen Geschenkproduktes erhalten, aber es reichte an einem SAMSTAG nur eine einzige kurze Mail an den Support zu schreiben und innerhalb zwei Stunden bekam ich schon eine Antwort, dass ein neues Produkt bereits unterwegs ist und Zack war auch schon die Lieferverfolgung per Mail angekommen. Einfach Wow!!

I'd like for the company to improve upon shipping. If you're looking for a quick turnaround, plan ahead and give the products time to arrive. That said, I've enjoyed every product purchased so far. I have sensitive skin and struggle with hypo-pigmentation. The skin tint gives a natural finish that's not oily and very radiant. It also has a blurring effect that I really appreciate. I don't purchase skin foundations/tints to cover my imperfections. My skin stays pretty clear and will even out, so I know right away when something works or doesn't. The tint also wears so beautifully throughout the day. I'm brown-skinned. Now, I purchase three tints but #3 works best for me during summer. I can also praise the lip oil, squalene oil, and peppermint toner. It'll take some time for the Mark-fading serum to kick in (eight weeks), but this one has sold out twice since I've eyed it. I just finally snagged a bottle while it was available. I hope Typology is around for a long time to come. Thank you!
