Tradewind Recruitment Anmeldelser

Joined in 2022 after looking for part time work as invigilator. Tradewinds made the process easy and obtained employment within a very short time and still with them to date. Any queries etc sorted immediately and always an adviser available if needed. Great service.

Claire and colleagues at Tradewind Recruitment are very supportive and find the appropriate school places for you to work in. Great communication and they are always there if you have any queries.

This is my first time joining an agency and I’m glad it’s with tradewind recruitment.
It was lovely speaking to Stephanie McGowan, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She’s kind and warm at heart, I’m happy to have spoken to her, I loved my overall experience.

From the moment I read a message from this company I was instantly drawn into registering with them. This was confirmed through contact with Stephanie McGowan she is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is my first time joining an agency and she's made me feel very comfortable throughout the process which has been very swift.

I’ve had an amazing experience with tradewind recruitment! Within a day of creating an account Stephanie immediately got in touch and was extremely helpful regarding setting up my application. Stephanie also assisted with the uploading of documents in order to make the process quicker. All information about the job opportunity was clearly outlined from the beginning and I have no complaints! Thank you

I recommend tradewind recruitment to anyone looking to work in educational institutions. Stephanie Mcgown has been so amazing to me and has given me the correct guidance and assistance I needed from the day I first registered to this recruitment. And still gives me guidance she is a always lovely towards me and I am grateful for her 🥺☺️

I’m so glad to be part of Tradewind recruitment and Stephanie makes recruiting process quite easier for me she is fantastic and helpful in all ways whenever I need to call or email she immediately respond back I feel very encouraged and competent to be part of this agency

I highly recomand this agency.Because their registration process is very quick and easy not like other agencies.Specially Jennifer Weale and Heather Simpson are fantastic.Jennifer always appreciate my work and encouraging me.It helps me to do my work more effectively.I can say without hesitation this is the best agency I have worked with.

Always communicate well! And always sending me to positive schools. Great company to work for.

my biggest concern was working for chole. once tradewind realised that I couldn't commit full time (due to studies); which were authorised and approved by both parties (place of work and tradewind recruitment) caused a major shift. extremely unprofessional to potentially stop me from working only for her personal gain

I found Tradewind an excellent recruitment company, both kirsty and suzanne have been fabulous always keen, listened to exactly what I wanted from them and provided! I would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking to work in the education sector.

I have worked for Tradewind for the past 2 years and would definitely recommend this agency to be employed by. I have recently left to follow a different career path, however, my time at Tradewind has been a great experience and I have loved it. I started off on T.A work and then went on to be supply, and Elliot (my agent) was nothing but supportive of me during my whole two years. He ensured that I was happy, comfortable and enjoying the schools that I was sent out to work at. Elliot always stayed in contact with me to again make sure I was okay and make sure I had no problems. When i first started with the agency, I wasn’t sure how confident I would be working in a classroom setting, however through Elliots support and having experience in many different schools, my confidence grew and joining the agency was the best decision I have made. Thank you to Elliot and all of the other agents at Tradewind for all of your help and support!

Have worked for the organisation since 2005 till date. They are consistent and well organised. One of the Business Managers, Leanne, we have worked together for years now. She is good in her job and knows what to do at all times. If she makes a promise, she always delivers in terms of placement and cover. I always recommend Tradewind to everyone.

Leanne the professional.
“I appreciate her hard work and dedication to what she is doing. .Her positive attitude and willingness to help others have made a significant impact on my working life.
Tradewind is always punctual and it's worth working with them.
Thank you Leanne.

Over ten years, I have worked with many agencies but Tradewind tops them all. Why?. Because I enjoy working as at when convenient for me. Leanne is a "darling" with full knowledge and understanding of working habits of the elderly candidates. I am happy with the assignments and postings with respect and dignity. Also, other staff members of the Tradewind family treat calls and inquiries with utmost courtesy, and promptly. Keep up your good manners and working relationships.

My experience since joining Tradewind has been amazing. My advisor Leanne King always matches to the most suitable school and trys to get the best rate possible. I also only work part and she is still able to find me regular work.

Always ready to listen and help me find schools near to me.
Leanne speaks in such a helpful manner and has been a pleasure to work with Tradewind.
Rowan has also been extremely helpful.
